went for a formal for rutgers! had a lot of fun. service was great and fun people! my issue was with the DJ/owner. it was an hour and a half into the event and one of my friends went up to the dj with her phone and on her phone written was “can you play…” it was a charlie xcx song so nothing crazy. and he went on the microphone infront of the entire room and went “do i tell any of you how to do your job? do i tell you how to send emails?” it was so rude! he could have just politely declined and said he’s not taking recomendations or he has an already approved playlist. he embarrased her infront of all her friends, and when i asked one of the workers, they said he was the DJ and the owner of the pub. just watch out, he’s not the nicest. i understand he probably deals with a lot of rude people, but she didn’t even speak to him!! there was nothing rude about her approach, plus we saw someone go up before her which is why she went up to recommend a song. if you go, just don’t recommend a song.

went here for a formal and lost my camera while there. tried to call approximately 10 times over 2 days and no one ever picked up. also went by twice when google and their ig said they’d be open and they were not. they should really have accurate hours posted somewhere and be more easily reachable

Had wings, not good at all. The wings looked like full piece of chicken, cook or bartender said they cut them. Who cuts them in half, don’t understand. It was like eating chicken chunks…..The picture I have looks better then they are

My friends and I went for their unlimited taco night. Now I don’t know if there was some sort of fraternity event happening but it looked like half of the guys in there were 12. And they were belligerently drunk, pushing over me and my girls to get to the bar and spilling their drinks on us. Tacos came out in almost hour intervals and were cold, and the bartenders don’t know how to bartend. I see the potential for this place, it’s cute it’s a nice space. But, freshman bar vibes and it seemed like no one knew what was going on.

My friends and I are here for one of their first Tuesday nights open. We had a few problems with wait times for food, but the boss and chef were both very apologetic and our table really appreciated it. They immediately tried to resolve the issue. We see the potential and we hope they do well!
