I stopped by Three Sweet Peas Bakery Café after looking for a local spot that sold premade cakes for my mom’s birthday, and I’m so glad I did! I got their carrot cake (which doesn’t have raisins or walnuts) it was delicious, though definitely on the sweeter side. I also picked up a pumpkin cupcake with maple cream cheese frosting for my friend’s birthday (and one for myself because it sounded too good to pass up!) it was amazing!
I tried the seasonal “Cookies N’ Scream” coffee, which was delicious and perfectly flavored. It could have been a little bit stronger for my taste, but still really enjoyable overall. The staff was friendly, the treats were fresh, and the café has such a warm, inviting feel. I’d absolutely go back again!

We loved our wedding cake from Three Sweet Peas! Angela was so easy to work with and truly executed our vision of a vintage inspired cake. We live locally and were excited to work with a local bakery that we know and love. We enjoyed a cake tasting and idea session with Angela and were so grateful that her team was open to incorporating a cake topper we found that made it feel so personal to us. They delivered the cake and were so smooth and easy to work with! We highly recommend Three Sweet Peas!

HOWEVER
In no world is the substance in the attached picture considered an egg.
I ordered a sandwich with egg, and while the bacon and cheese were great, this unholy abomination was included. It doesn’t look, smell, feel, or taste like egg, and I’m sure if eggs made a noise it wouldn’t sound like egg. I’m not even sure that this rubbery brick of organic material even qualifies as food. If you’re eating here, stick to the pastries, don’t order anything with “eggs”, it’ll be inedible

This place deserves 10/10. I was with a bridal party and had ordered sandwiches to be delivered at a specific time. Being a hectic day, we realized we hadn’t received them about a hour after they were due to be delivered. Long story short a call was made, and the owner was sooo apologetic, there was confusion with the order since the bride had ordered her cake/cupcakes from there as well and those were delivered on time (also sooo delicious and beautiful) The venue in which we were staying informed us that this was very out of character for them. When the owner realized the mix up, she was at the door less than 5 minutes later super apologetic. The sandwiches were AMAZING and the service was top notch. HIGHLY recommend!

Went in on a whim I’d heard about it, but had never gone in. I had a coffee and an Italian sfogliatelle . It was very North End- think Modern Pastry on Hanover st. and made across the street. Decided to order a funfetti birthday cake. It was amazing and everyone loved it. Stopped again and picked up a chicken piccata dinner to go. Please believe me when I tell you it was first rate lemony &lots of capers cooked to perfection.

We ordered a selection of pastries and a sheet cake for our wedding party, including some gluten-free and dairy-free cupcakes and cookies. Everything came out great, but we were a little disappointed when we ordered a sheet cake with “minimal decorations” (I sent reference photos through email, looking for “Just married” to be frosted on top), and it came blank. Just a sheet cake with white frosting and no added decoration or letters like we had requested.
As I said, the actual products were good, but I do feel like a lot was lost in the communication, and we were left confused. Especially when a friend went to pick up on the day of the party, and they called us to say we were late, and then the order was not ready when they got there.
I would definitely consider using them again, but would make sure to triple check what I am getting and confirm a pick up time.

The bakery is lovely, especially the cakes. I recently got a cake for my nephew’s graduation and it was amazing. However, the rest is not as great (and I say this having been a huge fan when the bakery first opened).
Firstly, the prices are EXTREMELY overpriced. $7 for a coffee, and a meal from the freezer works out to about $25 a person because of the small portions. This is a big disappointment because I’m a local trying to support local businesses but I can’t help but feel ripped off as the prices keep going up and the portions stay very small. There are a lot of corners cut, like the fake egg for the breakfast sandwich.
Lastly, the staff is very kind but always always tired and worn down. Which is confusing when the prices are astronomical.

So many wonderful bakery items to choose from! Great coffee, with many fun flavoring ideas. They even sell pre-made meals that you can take home to make. If I lived close by I’d take advantage of that!
