Currently the employee’s seem to not care about working. They even ignored my call on hold for an hr. The worst, lazy, rude, disrespectful. Every time. They even scream at customers. Didn’t happen to me but I saw it happen 2 different times…. update. The employee’s are extremely lazy. They close the store early on several occasions. Most recently they stopped taking orders at 10pm on a Saturday. The website says they are open until 1am. Went to the location and it was empty. This isn’t the first time. Most recent photo. [ My medium pizza was 9 inches and so undercooked and everything was slapped in the center and not cut into slices. They even missed over half of the pizza with toppings. They actually cut the crust out of the center ” no pizza dough” under the toppings. I did not think that was possible. It tasted like they washed it in dishwasher.] I want my $25 back.

This place sucks. Worst domino’s around! Hands down rude 90% of the time. Especially these last few months they got real bad. Everytime I order here they mess something up. Like their delivery drive took the wrong pizzas and they were supposed to be already done and waiting. But nope. I waited 10 minutes to just get my order for them to tell me 5 minutes later ill be waiting for another 10 minutes cause of the delivery driver. I asked them to remake my entire order and they said no. So the original first pizza and bread sticks were cold by the time the other 2 were remade. One of the worst places to get pizza.

The teen girl they have running the store is VERY RUDE and refuses to give her name and a phone number for a manager, when the store makes a mistake. Then hangs up on you. So make sure you get what you order before they leave. Tells you to look it up. Don’t worry I will. That is the rudest customer service I have ever had.

Literally tried to have a pizza delivered to the local Capitol Lumber and hardware in Key Center. What a fiasco!!! I called ahead to make sure there wasn’t a problem to which they said no problem. Pizza didn’t arrive, I called to get status and after being told that I was supposed to go out and wait (in the very public parking lot). The girl had no interest in helping me so I was hung up on.
Interesting enough, I sit here regularly watching Dominoes meet up with customers IN MY PARKING LOT!!!!

The whole team here always takes care of me, and I really appreciate the hard work and consistency. Everyone is friendly, and you can tell they care about their customers.
But I especially want to recognize AJ. She goes above and beyond every week. She greets me by name, always with kindness and energy, and she brightens the whole store with her smile. AJ truly makes this Domino’s stand out.
This store has a great team, but AJ deserves special recognition — and, honestly, a raise. Domino’s is lucky to have her.

Payed $20 for a small pizza with extra cheese. when we confronted the guy at the register and asked why it was so much. the workers started coming up to the register like there was gonna be an issue. kind of stress inducing. The guy at the register didn’t inform it was extra for the cheese or offer to take it off even though we were obviously uncomfortable. you could probably get a medium pizza for the same price. don’t get extra cheese Last two slices were’nt even cut through AT ALL.

I ordered delivery. I called twice as no one had come. I was sitting 20 feet from the door, as was a friend. He left as it took too long. After an hour and a half, I was informed that she had dumped my order at the door after knocking. Nobody in the entire house hold heard a knock. So disgusted at the lack of professionalism. I was not overly rude nor swearing, yet I got hung up on. Why would anybody think this is acceptable. I will file a formal complaint with corporate in the morning. I ended up with cold food that I had to chase the raccoons from. Such rudeness is never necessary. I would have tipped well. I’m not sure I should have even paid for a pizza that the raccoons got to first. BTW, I also have a doorbell which could have been used.
