Pancheros has been my favorite place to get burritos for years. I love that they have meat alternatives here for vegetarians. And the fact that they mix up the burrito ingredients for you. That way the flavors mix together.
The staff has been wonderful over the years I’ve been coming here as well. This is definitely a great place for anyone who likes Mexican food.

I ordered a taco bar (and other assorted dishes) to serve 50 guests for my wife’s 50th birthday party. The food was excellent. Everyone loved it. The order was ready at the agreed upon time and when I paid, it actually cost less than expected.

Great burritos and pleasant staff! My food was tasty and hot. Greeted with a smile and a good attitude when making my burrito. I also love the house hot sauces. The tofusada is also amazing for the non-meat eaters. Fair prices for the quality and amount of food.

Normally I have no problem with this location, but last night’s trip was disappointing. The young lady who made my burrito had long hair that wasn’t pulled back, making me nervous to eat my food, and when my burrito ripped and she offered to double wrap it, she didn’t cook the second tortilla long enough, and it ended up stuck to the wrapper. I’m assuming she was either new or was having a rough night, but her coworker gave her no assistance and seemed to not even want to be in the same room.

My carnitas burrito was good, put thrown together poorly and the ingredients were not mixed well – which is a reason I choose Pancheros over other burrito places. The man behind the counter was very rude, period. Likely wont be coming back to this location.

Pancheros is my most favourite place to get burritos, out of all the burrito joints. The soft fresh pressed tortilla is amazing.
Tofusada is also awesome, just tried it and definitely like it the most out of all the meat options.

Amazing burrito place, they make their own tortillas which are perfect. All the ingredients are fresh, you can watch them make the chicken on the spot at times. Queso and guac are extra, but so worth it. Great price for a darn good burrito.

If i could score a zero, i would. We placed a large order, but didn’t receive all the food. When we called to let them know we were missing an item, they claimed they had filled the order correctly and were unwilling to do anything for us (bring all the food we ordered!). The super rude guy on the phone claimed to be the manager. We placed a $140.00 order, do you think i’m calling to get a free burrito bowl? Meanwhile we paid for food we don’t get to eat. Thanks for helping out your health care workers.

Huge fan of Pancheros but won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon. At 5:45pm with several people in line the server announced they were out of steak and chicken and it would be another 20 minutes before meat was available. Poor planning for the dinner rush but I like pork and tofu isn’t horrible in a pinch. By the time I got to the front there was only some dried out tofu left. Half my tofu burrito got assembled then the server went back to the 4 people behind me and started all their orders – I suppose it makes staging easier? – and after 5 minutes of bungling with the tortilla press and explaining the meat situation the server got back to my meal. My toppings were meager and they botched rolling my burrito, spilling the already scant toppings over the counter without adding anything back. I figured I would add chips to bolster the meal, but alas, they were out of chips! By the time I paid and sat down my burrito was cold.

I ordered two tacos. I watched her place the flour dough they use to create tortillas on the stove for about 10 Seconds. Took a bite of my first taco once i made it back to work only to find that the dough was still raw. This is my second bad experience with pancheros i will never eat here again.
