The most inept Taco John’s around,, make the drive to Duluth or eat something else. Fountain drink ice machine always empty, it’s happened twice to me, the food is disgusting & not made as ordered on the app. My burrito had lettuce when clearly shouldn’t & what…a few counted steak pieces. All this after waiting a few minutes when I ordered before arriving. If it wasn’t because I was halfway up I-35 I’d have taken the slop back. Do better smh

Disappointing Order – Taco John’s, Cloquet
After driving 2.5 hours and being very hungry, my order of the Super Potato Olés with fried chicken was disappointing. The meal was missing the advertised guacamole, and the portion size felt significantly smaller than in past experiences and compared to the product photo on your app (which I will include).
I paid $18.13 for this meal and do not feel it reflected the cost in terms of quantity or completeness. I attempted to call the restaurant for a resolution but received no answer.
I am requesting a refund due to the missing ingredient and the overall dissatisfaction with the order compared to expectations set by your product photos and past experiences. Photos of my order and your app’s product photo will be included in this review. Please provide a name of a contact person I may discuss this with. Thank you.

Will never eat here again. Within 2 hours I was so sick. Puking and hutting the toilet every 15 minutes. My stomach and intestines are still messed up 24 hours later. On top of that I am a over road truck driver. Hard to find places every 20 miles.

Just wanted to share the sorry excuse for a meal I was served today (each picture is a separate burrito). I’d have been better just stopping into Super One for a pack of tortillas! What a joke. They also barely filled the potato ole cup. When you pay nearly as much as you do for a sit down restaurant going through this drive though, you’d think you’d at least be able to taste filling inside the burrito.

Disgusting potato oles, OLD sitting past their toss time. When I asked about if there was a time limit for them to sit, of course they said yes. I told them mine were Disgusting only way I could choke some down was with $1.59 cheese sauce. No offer to make fresh ones, not like they were busy.

Definitely better then the Taco Bell in cloquet. Best part is I never have to worry about my whole order being messed up. Taco John’s has never disappointed me

Ordered a Beef Burrito tonight. Got a soft shell with maybe 2 teaspoons of meat smeared on it.
This isn’t the first time so I called to complain. No offer to compensate/make it right…just a “Sorry.”

Pulled into drive-thru at 9:50 pm and was deliberately ignored. Staff looked out window and then dissappear. Don’t say open until 10pm if you start closing at at 9pm.

WOWZERRRZZ!!!! So yeah I did a thing! and tried the new limited beefy loaded cheddar crunch taco and let ME tell YOUUUU danggg that MR.John can make a great taco! And as I was eating I was watching NBA updates and I sure do like what jimmy butler did with his hair and he really makes me want to get my eyebrow pierced like him, and then I finished my potato Olay’s and wouldn’t cha know they sure filled me up!!
