3 workers, husband and I only customer at that moment, waited on 3 people to fix one sandwich, which ended up being one of their own sandwiches, ordered a BLT and another sandwich, I get up there to help with my veggies and I stopped asked what is that pointing to my sandwich lady says BMT, I said ok I ordered a BLT she went on and finished making it and wrung me up. Are you serious it wasn’t even what I ordered. 3rd time in a week places are just giving you what they want to give you. Rant over

Absolutely the worse experience ever!!! Went to subway this evening with the family about 6pm. The lady taking the order was extremely rude! I have had crappy service before but this is the topping on the cake!! After the game my daughter wanted to take a sandwich home so unfortunately no other places open so went to subway and once again this lady was just as rude! Subway is quick and easy for us during the week bcuz of school activities with the kids. My family and I will NEVER go back in as long as this lady is an employee there!
There were other families in there that could not believe how rude this lady was. Never again!

Please get a drive thru!!! I would probably come through more often, but not having a drive thru means taking the kids out of the car seats every time. The service is usually fast and the employees appear happy to be there.

It’s Subway…if you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. What makes a particular chain store different is their service and condition of the store, and this one (Arthur, IL) is nice. The ladies in the afternoon were great and the store was well kept and clean.

Googled the business and it says open till 11pm. And when we arrived after our game in town at 9:25. The lady working said we have no bread and she also stated that they close at 10pm. So update your information please and you should he able to serve people up till close!!

Was here at 8 30 P.M. and there was only 1 employee working which was not good but the employee that was there ( I didn’t get her name ) did a wonderful job working very quickly and keeping a calm air.. our sandwiches were great
