The food here is generally pretty good and consistent in quality. They’re pretty average when it comes to Papa Murphy’s. What’s frustrating though is they often close or refuse to make your food well before the listed close time. I’ve tried going in to place an order at 7:45pm and the lights were already off. I’ve called at 7:20pm and was told they don’t take orders this late. And then a different time when I tried calling at 7:30pm they just didn’t answer.
If you want to stop taking orders earlier so you have more time to close for the night, that’s totally fine. But then you should change your listed close time.

Papa Murphy’s in Ramsey is absolutely phenomenal!!! Place is brand new, clean and so modernized!!! I feel amazing just walking in here!!! Such a great deal on phenomenal food and service!!! Employee Reed is absolutely astonishing at what he does!!! His customer service is impeccable!!! This guy here Reed is top notch!!! Somebody please give Reed a promotion and a raise as soon as possible!!!

Don’t bother, closes early often and raised their prices. Tuesday deal is over 12$ now, which at that point go elsewhere for better quality or just get a frozen pizza for less and the same quality

Read my business reviews and you’ll see I’m very quick to give 5 stars and give very few bad ratings. Many things need to go horribly wrong for me to give 3 stars or less.
I called in to order on a Saturday evening. The kid didn’t have very good communication skills but that’s not a big deal. When I showed up to pickup at the drive through I waited for several minutes. The sign said honk your horn if you wait 30 seconds or more so i gave a polite horn honk. After another minute i honked again. I didn’t lay into it but maybe i should have. I could hear their voices through the drive through window but they can’t hear my horn? Finally someone came. I showed him my redemption code for the discount and he acted like he had never seen one before. Still not a big deal but I was a little surprised he didn’t know what it was. Then he asked me to pay but didn’t tell me the total so I had to ask him for the total before I gave him cash. It was about 5 dollars more than what it said online AFTER the 3 dollar discount and he couldn’t tell me why that was. I showed him the online menu price for the Ramsey location. Then I realized it was an online price only. That was my fault for not catching that. So for my pizza that was almost $20 I gave him a 50. He told me he didn’t have change. Can’t make change for a 17 dollar pizza with a 50?! He left and came back and told me he still couldn’t give me change. So I asked for my money back because it was my only form of payment. Then he said he’d talk to his manager. After several minutes later he came back again and accepted my payment. So the whole time he could have given me change but didn’t want to. Bare in mind this was about 10 minutes sitting at the drive through on a cold night trying to pay for a pizza I ordered over the phone about 40 minutes ago.
Many things could have been done to alleviate these issues including telling me the total over the phone, paying attention to the drive through window, telling me you were unable to take make change at ANY point before I paid with cash, etc etc….
As much as I want to support small businesses in Ramsey I don’t think I’ll be going back here. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience but this is certainly going to be the last. I wish I had better recourse than leaving a bad review but at least this might make people aware of the service you’ll get from local teenagers. I’d expect this from McDonald’s in anoka. Not so much at papa Murphys

Papa Murphy’s got rid of Italian sausage and the other toppings seemed to be less but the over all flavor was the worst Papa pizza we have ever had which is in contrast with the two pizzas we had about a month and a half ago which we thought were among the best. Sorry Papa Murphy’s I cant eat your pizza any longer.

Hate to one star, but wow…Understaffed and the second worker was on his phone (and in PJs) and not doing anything to help the only guy making the actual pizzas. Stopped in after 30min per the app, they hadn’t made anything. Left, came back 30min later, still hadn’t made the pizzas. Needed to stand there and eventually ask for them to make my order after I watched them take a walk-in order and make his pizza immediately. Waited a total of 1.5hrs for two larges, they claimed to have lost the orders, even though I watched them print out on my first stop in and get placed on the counter. The two 15yr olds working there need someone to keep things moving, organized, and everyone actually busy. They complained more than work.
