People need to use the Dominos App . It’s 2025 and these teenagers and some adults working here are feeding all of the 79938 zip code besides the El Dorado one and don’t have time to have a whole conversation on for your pizza order. Most negative reviews are because of miscommunication, just use the dang app and get your orders faster on time with no problems. We’ve gotten take out atleast 10 times from here all huge orders and they’re perfect everything because it’s clean ,organized and we use the app instead of ordinary on phone which has bad sound quality. Maybe some reviews are deserved but most people don’t realize these are mostly teens and making a pizza while doing multilingual orders and drive thru is ridiculously hard so use the app next time if you have problems . ALSO you can say on the notes if you want the pizza more cooked or less.

So this is the 2nd time coming to this location and having a issue. 1st time an employee would not give me my food (that was already paid for) because I made the mistake of how I would receive (my already paid for food). Today walked inside to pickup my free pizza that I earned from being a loyal customer. There was no acknowledgement of my presence. I live nearby and they very rarely ever have issues with our delivery orders, and if there’s an issue, it’s usually something very miniscule like uneven pizza slices(non-issue). Hats off to your team for being consistent and fixing the orders the very few times we’ve ever had issues.

I hella like this particular dominos location, why? because consistency is key and it doesn’t matter what time of day or what day of the week I order my pizza, it always comes out hot like it was just pulled from the ovens. the staff are always amazing and I appreciate how quickly their drivers do move. by the time I check my online status they’re always five steps ahead – plus they always read my order notes. five stars guys ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ especially who’s makin’ those pizzas, it’s literally fire ~ every time.

(!!!Update,!! Just got a pizza today and it was horrible it was all burnt and dry they took long to pull it out and it looks like they stole a slice of pizza off it!!! I am so mad right now!!!) The app said my order was done and whe. I went to pick up at the drive through they told me it was just getting put into the oven. I was instructed to drive around and wait 15min and I did so. After the 15 min I drove back up just to receive my pizza’s were warm and had been sitting there for more than ten minutes by the time I got home they were cold very disappointed with the lady attending the drive through window.

Please train your employees on proper telephone etiquette and customer service. After today, I will no longer be ordering from this Domino’s location ever again. I do not recommend. Not only do they need to work on their customer service, but they also need to work on getting their food out in a timely manner. I placed my order online over half an hour ago and I was told that they haven’t gotten to it yet. It is not worth the amount of money I paid. Order put in at 6:22pm and didn’t get put in the oven until after 7pm…smh…never again…we received our order around 7:20pm. The food was okay and that’s why I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. The only things we didn’t really enjoy was the small portion of the Alfredo pasta and the wings barely had any meat. It was like eating straight fat and batter.

This dominoes always prepares my order right. Delivery comes quickly and hot. their bags work really well. My last order, I odered my pizza well done, but that was a mistake, I will never do that again, normal bake will be just fine. The pizza was still good. In my next order, I will be trying their sandwiches, pasta, and/or Tots.
Their competition, which is located in the same shopping center, has messed up my order so many times that I will never order from them again until their swap out all the employees, to include the manager.
