Stopped here before 5pm and only one car ahead of me at drive thru which ended up leaving. When my order was finally taken 5 mins later and I got to window I found out the poor worker was alone doing both drive thru and walking orders. Is the the owner of this location too cheap to staff it accordingly? One worker is unacceptable, unfair to the employee and dangerous. When I worked retail you legally couldn’t be alone in the business. VERY POOR OWNERSHIP / MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION

Went inside and I was the only person in line and stood there for an excessive amount of time while the manager and two other employees walked by the register without even acknowledging me and continued working as if I wasn’t even there. Would have been nice to at least acknowledge me and see you’ll be with me in a moment. They don’t have a cashier inside at this location apparently. I was in a bit of a rush so I literally just walked out and went to Wawa instead. If you’re desperate then maybe come here, but if you’re looking for a Dunkin with bare minimum of service then don’t even bother with this place.

I stopped in to get a dozen donuts and 3 drinks
I was told I COULD NOT GET A DOZEN DONUTS, and the reason
because there would not be enough for the people coming in for one donut later.
I tried to explain to the man that I am standing in front of him with money for a dozen donuts NOW.
The donuts were for an 9 yr olds birthday on our way to the nail salon!
What is this world coming to?
I know I won’t be back to this DD anytime soon. Unfortunately, I patronized this business since I had an 8-9 yr old waiting for me for some goodies.
I really wanted to walk out.
But I’ll vent here instead.

Came in today for a mobile order of about $40. Ordered two hot drinks, two iced, two donuts, two bagels, and two croissants. First we were told to get out of the drive thru line, then when we told them there’s people behind me, and I can’t back up, they argumentatively made the order for drive thru pickup. The one hot latte was just a black coffee with cream, had no flavor or resemblance of a latte whatsoever, the croissants tasted stale, and their attitudes were beyond ridiculous. I’m unsure if the other Dunkin’s in the area with drive thru’s are the same franchise because they’re all TERRIBLE. I really don’t want to park at a ShopRite and walk into a grocery store for Dunkin, but might have to and hope they are better

I went here today ordered a latte with caramel in it and another drink. After receiving order they messed up and I told them I’m allergic to the cinnamon they put on time. They went to “remake it” but only took off the whip cream and left the same lid and same cup and everything. I said something again and the manager was the one who made it I made him aware that it’s not ok if someone tells you that there’s a allergy and you just use the same cup that’s a huge health issue. He didn’t seem to care. The lady in drive they went thru the trash with her gloves on and continued to touch the cups after digging thru the trash for a receipt. That’s not ok and they will get someone sick or if someone’s allergic may kill them.

Worst Dunkin in the area by far. Been here maybe 4 times, and 3 times they messed up the order. Last time I ordered 3 sausage, egg and cheese croissants, only to get home and see they are all bacon, egg and cheese. I’ve finally learned my lesson, never going back. Avoid, you have other close by Dunkin options.

This is the most convenient location on my commute to work. I was going to give them a negative review and stop going to them altogether due to placing an order on the mobile app and not getting my money back because the item was out. But I decided to give them another chance because the owner or manager (I’m not sure which) emailed me and apologized. Let me know that he would make sure I got my refund or replacement item.
It really wasn’t about the refund or anything like that. It was the fact that they reached out to me to make things right that I appreciated.

My drink was fine but they need to put a do not enter sign right by the exit of the drive through. Me and another costumer both pulled in and had to back out once realizing the sign pointing to the drive trough was not indicating to pull in there, but to go around. Although I will say I was not paying attention to why the first costumer was backing out, so that was a mistake on my part
