Boyfriend called to do an order, when he asked about an item the woman on the phone was incredibly rude asking us about the menu more than we asked her. When he went to go pick up the food the women at the counter acted like they didn’t want to be there and proceeded to be very passive aggressive. My boyfriend was very excited to try something new and was immediately disappointed with the custom service. Looking at the reviews now I see that this place has an issue with horrible customer service. It’s time for a new staff.

I went this morning got 2 sausage egg and cheeses on cinnamon raision bagels. My Gf got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. the sandwich was ok, they are very stingy with the egg, just a small strip. The biggest problem was that my sandwich tasted like my GFs everything bagel and that completely ruined my 2 sandwiches completely. An everything bagel is a nightmare for my tastebuds so they get a 1 star rating.

First time in there and asked for a bagel with butter. Unsure what in the world is on this bagel but this is Not butter. Had no choice but to take a few bites because have to take an antibiotic. Ugh. Gross. Ladies, not everyone can eat this cholesterol. You must inform people that you don’t serve real butter. Nasty, I feel sick!

Disappointed in the bagels. I picked up 2 and when I got home noticed they weren’t full baked. They’re essentially balls of dough. No classic bagel coloring. Just under cooked and no one from the staff seemed to notice before putting them in my bag.

Just got a bagel with chicken salad and some drinks for my family. My wife has 2 days left to have a baby. I’ve used their bathroom many times. First Lady said bathroom wasn’t opened to the public Second Lady lied and said they didn’t have a bathroom. Absolutely disgusting to refuse a pregnant lady a bathroom should be ashamed of theirselves. Anyway also extremely unhygienic they should be closed down.

The ladies at the counter were friendly and lovely but unfortunately the bagel was less than delicious. Underbaked by quite a bit – it turned back to dough while eating it. The cream cheese was good but an overall disappointing meal.
