So this is my first review of Fatty Patty Germantown even though today was my second visit. The first time I came was on February 8th. I ordered the Fatty Patty burger in a double and a side of mozzarella sticks. The burger was huge. It was also hot and fresh and the turkey bacon that came on it was really good. Fast forward to today, I ordered the same exact thing except I made the burger a single this time. As with the first time everything was good and fresh but what I found really courteous from a customer service standpoint is that the young brother working there noticed I forgot to ask for the cheese and bacon. No sweat; he just took care of it and even threw in a complimentary can of soda. Talk about excellent customer service!!!! Needless to say will be back again.
