Someone told me this place was awesome and priced good( which it is). I ordered a well done burger and definitely had pink inside. The fries were mushy and I could’ve used the grease off of them to fill a whole new fryer. Service was ok. The restaurant is set up ok. Hard to recommend this place to anyone looking for a true Brunswick experience.

This is an awesome little place we stopped by for lunch on the way to St. Simon’s. They have a friendly, attentive, enthusiastic staff, a fun nautical themed decor, and most importantly, delicious food. I got the Lighthouse chicken wrap and the potato salad and everyone in the family was happy with their orders, including a couple of customizations. Two thumbs way up!

We were in Brunswick, GA yesterday and ran into a local that recommended this Cafe. I had originally ear-marked another restaurant. We decided to try Nautica Joe’s because of the local’s recommendation. I had the Turkey Reuben and my husband had the Patty Melt. When the food was brought to our table it looked delicious. Upon taking my first bite of the fries – they were cold – and then taking a bite of the Turkey Reuben, I changed my initial thoughts. The worst part of my Reuben was the fact that the bottom piece of bread was SOOOO soggy! I ultimately had to take out all of the meat, most of the cheese and all of the sauerkraut and eat it with a fork. Not exactly my idea of a Reuben sandwich on Rye. I don’t know why the bread was SOOOO soggy – bread not toasted enough, different type of rye bread, sauerkraut not drained? Who knows? My husband’s Patty Melt was also soggy – but he can eat most anything. I can honestly say that we will not be eating at Nautica Joe’s again.

Our first visit today. Ordered the veggie quesadilla, husband ordered hamburger with fries. Food was exceptional! Husband said it was the best hamburger he’d ever eaten! Staff was incredibly friendly & helpful. Attractive dining area with ample room. We’ll most certainly be dining at Nautical Joe’s Cafe again!

This is a great lunch place. The location in downtown Brunswick is perfect to be able to walk around afterwards and visit some shops or sit in one of the lovely squares. Hard to choose with so many options, Wraps, Subs, Sandwiches, Salads, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Quesadillas! Menu is uploaded. I ordered a delicious chicken salad sandwich on wheat bread with pasta salad as the side item. The sandwich was overflowing with chicken salad, not too much mayo, and the bread was soft. It was very tasty. The pasta salad was soooo delicious. The taste was not an overpowering Italian dressing but rather light tasting and a bit creamy. I’ll definitely order both items again. I will probably upsize the pasta salad. I did have 1/2 a sandwich leftover that I enjoyed for lunch the next day. I’ll be a regular take out customer. The inside has limited seating, however, our weather is lovely most days so enjoy sitting outdoors in one of the lovely downtown squares instead.

Quaint little diner in downtown Brunswick. We both ordered wraps, grilled chicken and chicken Caesar. Both were great and just what we were craving. Fries were excellent and the staff was exceptional. This place wasn’t even on our list but I’m so glad we tried it! Would absolutely eat here again (and again and again)!

There were four of us and each of our meals was delicious. The French fries were seasoned perfectly. I had the chicken Philly and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff were friendly and obviously enjoying their jobs. I’m so glad we found this wonderful place to have lunch.
