First of all my BOberry biscuits were shaped So fabulous . They were almost as beautiful as the young lady making them❤️
The Bojangles crew was magnificent and very customer service oriented. They worked together quickly and efficiently providing us with an excellent experience and awesome food. Next time we’re traveling through La, we will absolutely to visit again. Yall rock Bojangles Albany LA! ⚜️

$50 waisted!!!! I Door Dashed the 20 piece Bo Bites because they are usually hot, juicy, so fresh and tender. Not this time! My food was cold because they couldn’t find a dasher. When my food was made, the Bojingles workers just let my bag sit there for 20 minutes before the dasher arrived, then my dasher had to make a stop before me. I hated this food! It was over fried, hard, cold, and tasteless. I spent $50 for trash! I understand that it was probably hard to get a dasher but don’t make the order until you do get a dasher! That’s just common sense and good customer service. Why would Bojingles workers and manager on duty not think to deviler hot food to their customers. $50 wasted on trash! This was by far my worst and most horrible experience with Bojingles.

The biscuits are great. I do recommend the blueberry dessert biscuits. The chicken is not bad. We had mac and cheese and fries as sides. I thought the fries were good. Mac and cheese was ok. Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant was clean and new.

Pretty good food, and quick too. Have had the chicken biscuit, sweet cream cold brew ice coffee, and botato rounds twice. Both were good. Also had a four finger combo with Mac n cheese and a drink for lunch. Tenders are really good, mac n cheese is fine (not bad, not memorable). They forgot the biscuit that comes with the combo but I didnt realize that until I was done eating and the place was getting super packed so I just rolled out. Not gonna ding them too hard this time – my fingers and side was plenty filling so I wasn’t missing out, but I will certainly remember to check next time. Costs of everything seems pretty reasonable too.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Incredible blueberry biscuits and delicious Dirty rice. Although, this location doesn’t serve bone in chicken or beans, they still have a great selection of food items. I can’t wait to eat here again.

Great food very reasonable prices was served very quickly and restraunt was very clean. Saw the sign and for being right off the highway was experiencing happy with the whole experience. Will definitely be back when in the area again and look forward to possible taking g a special trip evrey now and then just to grab some food and have another wonderful experience like I did on my first visit.

All in all, the experience was very basic. Most of the employees carried an I don’t want to be there attitude, which really kills the vibe a lot. Not to mention being impatient, but when you are making orders and you have children who can’t decide, being patient is important. The food really didn’t stand out to me as I expected it to, but it did have flavor. It just felt like it was missing something. I’d be willing to try it again though.

I finally tried Bo today! I’ve been waiting on this location since I first heard they were coming. I got the chicken biscuit meal with a sweet tea. The biscuit was a nice size, fluffy, and delicious! The filet was a nice size, juicy, crispy, and seasoned well! It’s all about the seasoning… Some of these places just throw an old dry non seasoned filet on a biscuit and drown it in some type of sauce. I’m definitely ready to try the lunch menu the next time around. HEY BO, come on over to Gonzales and Ascension Parish!!!! I think y’all would do very well here!!

First they did not have their chicken, then the fries I love were so over cooked and cold. We ordered sweet tea and got unsweetened tea that was so weak I thought I was drinking just water. The chicken strip were good and the biscuits were good.

This location was so good. I stopped on Thanksgiving Day while on the road, and not only were they open, but the employees were so friendly and kind. I would definitely go there again and recommend it to others. The food was hot and delicious. Absolutely love their biscuits.
Also, the place was super clean. It is handicapped accessible and there’s plenty of parking.
