Ordered the classic crust on two pizzas and both were so thin I thought I’d ordered incorrectly. The pineapple on each pizza was almost nonexistent. It tasted good for what it was but we’re very disappointed and won’t be returning.

We get pizza at Georgio’s all the time. We have a big family, we never order less than 4 pizzas. Georgio’s is always awesome, crust is golden brown and the dough is ALWAYS cooked! Crazy idea cooked pizza!… looking at you Zeppes and Pizza Hut . This picture shows the dough completely cooked and risen.
This is the best pizza in Middlefield by far. Again, we probably order 4-5 pizzas from Georgio’s almost every week for the last few years.
Vinny’s is also awesome but the kids prefer Georgio’s. Thanks Georgio’s! Keep up the awesome food and service!

I order pizza from Georgio’s sometimes 3 times a week. The owner and her employees are always very courteous and polite. There pizza and wings are always excellent. We normally get the stuffed crust pizza which I think is the best stuffed crust from any pizza place in Middlefield. There Calzones are very good and are priced well for the amount of food you get with them. We like to order food and support the local restaurants, but we always come back to Georgio’s for the great food and friendly atmosphere.

I always have gotten pizza from Georgios and they use to be good, then they started to look terrible with all the dough pushed to the edges with bubbles in the dough and the center so thin because of all the dough pushed to the edges. So I quit ordering and got pizza from dominos they have closed. So I ordered last week and this week and same thing , not pressed out evenly in the pan. I worked doing pizzas for a total of 24 years so I have a little experience at pressing dough out evenly in the pan. Very disappointed again today 7/28/25

I called a few days ago to order a pizza for delivery. Georgio’s is NOT my “go-to” pizza joint at all. But, I didn’t want Domino’s that night and Pizza Hut was either closed or just didn’t feel like dealing with anything that day so nobody would answer the phones at around 6:00-8:00 on a Friday. So, I was stuck with Georgio’s. The call-taker, a female, was a bit on the snooty side and curt. She took my order and when I was told what the total was I almost had an aneurysm. I live approximately 4 miles from the store and was charged an $8.00 delivery fee!!! So, my ONE “large” (14 inch) pizza came to $30.00!!! No extras, just a simple, run of the mill pizza. I was then told it would be one hour. About an hour later I received a call from the driver asking where my house was. I confirmed my address and described its location. She said her GPS took her way past that. Once it arrived the delivery driver was just a breath of fresh air, very polite and friendly, and was nearly dressed. My pizza, however, was BARELY even warm to the touch…it would be best described as if it had sat on a table for 4 hours. The pizza had a shocking taste that I’d never experienced before. It DEFINITELY WAS NOT your normal pizza sauce. It had a very strange sweet flavor that I felt didn’t belong…the pizza toppings were RIDICULOUSLY sparse, and I mean RIDICULOUSLY! There were LITERALLY 5 pieces of sausage on it! As I went to take a piece out of the box, I found that the pizza wasn’t even cut!! AT ALL!! Oh, it LOOKED like it was cut (more like SCORED) but the dough wasn’t even slightly cut. As I reduced myself to someone with no manners or couth, I tore a chunk off of the pizza and was met with that shocking “sweet” taste, almost like ketchup. I tossed that torn off chunk of pizza back in the box and became quite irate. $30.00 for a 14″ pizza, $8.00 of which was the delivery charge to drive 4 miles down 87. The toppings were so sparse that I was instantly angry when I opened the box. And, yes, I AM SERIOUS, 5 PIECES OF SAUSAGE! All I can say is that was the first, AND THE LAST, time I’ll order a “pizza” from Georgio’s. I have had literally HUNDREDS of different brands of pizza and THIS one, BY FAR, was THE GROSSEST tasting pizza I’ve EVER had the misfortune to buy. What I should’ve done is gone to the grocery store and bought a $2.00 Totino’s pizza. I would’ve enjoyed more toppings, a normal sauce, saved $28.00, and even if I have eaten it straight out of the box without heating it, I know I would’ve been more satisfied and would’ve had it in under 10 minutes. Now, I am not one to blast a restaurant and destroy its reputation over one visit or experience, but it was just so awful that if that’s their regular pizza sauce, I wouldn’t even accept a free one because while I know it wasn’t ketchup, it certainly tasted similar but different enough to know it wasn’t ketchup. Maybe it’s just their “style” and a feature of their brand but it’s DEFINITELY not suited to my tastes in pizzas. That “sweet” kind of flavor really doesn’t work for me. For all I know this could’ve been a “one off”, just the product of a bad day or something. However, at $30.00 for a 14″ pizza, there’s just simply absolutely no way I’m gambling another $30.00 in the hopes of a “better” pizza. Not gonna happen. Another thing, THE CONCORDE wouldn’t have cost $8.00 to drive 4 miles. THAT was probably the biggest shock. And then I’m also supposed to tip the driver?!!?! There’s no excuse for that. Fortunately for the driver, who was in all honesty the HIGHLIGHT of this experience, I DID tip because it wasn’t her fault and because she was truly a breath of fresh air with her energy, attitude, general appearance of just being a happy, bubbly person, wouldn’t deserve to be stiffed because of what the insiders did. Lastly, of the 154 things wrong with the pizza, you would’ve thought THIS would be something ANYBODY could get right…THE “CUTTING”!!! It was SCORED on the top, NOTHING MORE! Almost as if it was meant as a “guide” to tell ME how to cut

Pick-up of gluten free pizza. 3 topping was $15 dollars, now $16. Toppings vary widely to quantity. Edges burn, employee says that’s the cheese that drops to the edge and burns. They should fix that or cut it off the edge.

I’ve always had a good experience here. I’ve never ordered delivery since there is a nationwide shortage of delivery drivers so to the people that complain, go pick it up yourself. But it’s pizza. Pizza is always good even when it’s pretty bad. Except Middlefield Dominos. That place has been awful since Mark sold it.
