Driving around and my normal coffee spots are closed on Sunday’s, so the goal was to find a new place for my fix. Now when you drive up it’s a bit small but perfect for drive thru stop and goes if you don’t like the sit down feel. James happened to be outside and gave me a rundown of the coffee and beignets, I ordered the salted caramel mocha and the regular beignets. James was gracious enough to toss in a turtle beignet and the pumpkin biscoff and l had to admit. FANTASTIC. I’m not a sweets eater by any means but these were great.

I will start the review with the fact that the beignets were fantastic. Docking one star because we ordered and paid for buttercream that we did not receive…and the line was so long that it would have been pointless to go back to try to get it. Docking a second star because we had to ask to receive the beignets we had ordered…drinks were handed to us and we were told to have a nice day!

Phewww. I was SKEPTICAL
But after trying it, I am shocked. I was unsure of the beignets as many places claim to make them but they don’t make the cut. This blew my expectations out of the water. They were pipping hot when we got them. Fluffy, fantastic, amazing. Their specialty drinks were fantastic and the only negative thing was PICKING ONE!
Can’t wait to try them again. Unique menu executed to perfection.

My God, the coffee and the beignets are wonderful! Everything is always made to order, so the beignets come out hot and fresh. The ladies are always friendly. I’ve not been disappointed in these guys. I’ve been three times so far. Highly recommend!

Hidden gem of deliciousness. Quaint little shack that’s easy to miss serving awesome hot Beignets of different varieties. Drive thru line can be long depending on what time you visit. There is a walk up window on the other side. There is a little outdoor sit down area but haven’t really seen anyone sitting there. They make them fresh and hot. Addictive but well worth it!

Beignets are good, service is horrible. Waited in line with one car in front of us for 20 minutes before even being able to order. Ordered and when we got to the window the worker let us know that it would be a while, and I let her know that I did sign up for the free beignets (the sign is at the window), she then proceeded to take our payment and said okay. We get our order and it’s short 3 sauces, my large coffee is a small, and she needed to change it. Finally gives us the coffee and it’s got barely any nutella in it, and she said if I wanted my free beignets i’d have to go back to the end of the line… now three cars are behind us. They need more help working and better customer service. Coffee tasted like nothing was added.
Remind you this wasn’t a smaller order so I understood but after spending $50 at a coffee spot you’d think they would have had better customer service. Won’t be back.

Ok. Coffee and beignets have a way of peaking my interest. This was a bit out of my way, but I wanted to give it a shot. First, I am a bit partial to beignets at Cafe Beignet in NOLA so I have to be fair and not compare. I got 4 piece beignets and an Iced Strawberries and Creme Latte. All was very good. My only wish now is that Beignets and Brew was a bit closer. It takes a special trip to go there, but there are special times every once in a while. Recommend giving them a chance and go by. You won’t be disappointed in my opinion.

I ordered from the walk up window but they do have a drive up option as well. The staff was very friendly and patient as I decided what I wanted to order. My latte was really good and I recommend if you are a fan of Biscoff cookies. I enjoyed my beignets as well.

Came through here for a special treat about two weeks ago. This new little coffee and beignet spot is located at Redstone Gateway, right off the Arsenal. Fortunately, it’s accessible to civilians and folks who may not have clearance to go on base. It’s a cute little mostly drive-through stop. There’s a small (and I mean small) patio with about three shaded tables that’s nice for waiting. You could eat there too if you wanted — it was perfectly tidy when I sat there — but I think the vibe is much more grab and go. Totally fine because I was more than ready to be out of the heat!
The menu consists of beignets and coffee, of course, as well as smoothies and “power fizzies,” which are plant-based energy drinks made with Lotus energy. I like their creative approach to beignets; they can come with a number of accoutrements like Nutella, cinnamon swirl, etc. They also have seasonal drinks and specialty beignets!
On this visit, I figured I’d max out on Nutella since I love it dearly and I got myself 3 Nutella beignets and an iced Nutella latte. Service was pleasant and prompt and my beignets came out piping hot while my latte was the iced beverage I needed.
Okay, the beignets were FABULOUS. We don’t have a ton of beignets options in the area but these are absolutely the best. Fluffy, pillowy, slightly crispy, sweet…and the Nutella was a perfect addition. They also weren’t super heavy. I was a little worried there might upset my stomach but I suffered zero repercussions for my choices, lol.
I was just so-so on the latte; I tend to prefer my lattes on the more chocolatey side and this one was kind of bitter for my preferences. That being said, some of the flavors might have been drowned out by the quite sweet beignets, so that may be a me problem. I really like Lotus energy drinks so the next time I visit I will try one of the energy fizzies.
And there absolutely will be a next time…because those beignets were GREAT. Excited to return! 🙂

Just moved here from out of town and my wife and I really enjoy trying coffee places we didn’t have back home. We also just happened to have her family in from out of state as well who also wanted to try something new. We found this place online and decided to to drive the 20 minutes there only to find the place was a ghost town. This was around 9am or so (10/18/2025). Was already skeptical of the place since I’ve never seen a business operate out of a shipping container just dumped in a random parking lot. However, we and pulled up to the menu board which was on just to see what would happen. They had a drink my wife was pretty pumped about but sadly after waiting about ten minutes or so there was nobody there to take our order which we sort of expected since there was nobody in sight. But again we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and pulled up to the window to see if we were even there during business hours and we were but the place was just shut down. Not even a sign on the window to say why. Could have at least put a sign up that said “sorry we’re closed, had an unexpected emergency “ or something like that.
