Women’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Smelts horrible, toilet seats are sideways, sink looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Employees just walk around and mess around like it’s some party. Customer service was terrible they treat you like you are disrupting them.

I ordered for the whole family and not one of the burritos were labeled so I had to look through them all, they were all made correctly except ONE. I asked nicely if I could possibly have it remade and the lady looks at me and goes, “I made it, so I know it’s in the bag.” And she walks away. It was very rude. There were onions in it, NO rice on the cheesy RICE bean burrito which I had asked for extra. We didn’t even order anything that had onions in it. Super rude

Service was terrible. Whole order was wrong. Took 5 minutes for me to get the food when I was the only one there, food was cold by the time we got home and we live down the road.. Seriously service has really went down hill and bad.. even worse when it’s all adults working because they don’t hire minors. Disappointing

Tacos were so cheaply made my husband said we could have stayed home and just eaten a bag of tortilla chips. Also, we asked for a senior discount at the window, ( not at the speaker) as every other Taco bell tells us to do so they can actually verify we’re seniors, but we weren’t given the discount. The unfriendly girl said “I didn’t hear you ask at the speaker and I’m the manager so I would have given it then.” Unfortunate she must be so unhappy at her job to be so uncooperative and unfriendly.

Went to Taco Bell 5/2/22 at 7pm lobby was apparently closed when it says on the door 10pm THATS PATHETIC also it says they close at 3am but seems they are always closed by 10pm every night! Not to mention the other night my tacos were not even a taco it was honestly just shell!

I just had an amazing experience at Taco Bell! The food was fantastic; fresh, flavorful, and served quickly.
Taco Bell’s atmosphere inside felt relaxed, with a casual and welcoming vibe that made it easy to enjoy the meal. The staff seemed to be having a good time at work, chatting and moving efficiently while keeping the energy light and friendly.
It’s great to see such attention to quality and customer satisfaction. Definitely a five-star visit, and I’ll be back again soon! Highly recommended!
