I regularly pick up lunch from this Saladworks, and the staff here is always friendly and helpful. On this visit, they made sure I knew a classic recipe has changed (Mediterranean chicken), what exactly had changed and offered to either make the new recipe or re-create the old one as best they could minus the cauliflower they no longer had.

Lauren has poor customer service. Not helpful at all.
Door dash didn’t have the option to add honey BBQ chicken so I called after placing my order to ask if they could sub the grilled chicken for the BBQ chicken Lauren said it was already made and she wasn’t going to assist. I attached a photo of the salad, it would have been so EASY to remove this grilled chicken and accommodate to the adding the honey BBQ chicken. Pure laziness and terrible customer service.
Edit: I called back to ask for corporate’s phone number. Lauren is the store manager there and provided me with a the fax number instead of the actual phone number. Unbelievable.

I’ve been to numerous Saladworks this one is a fairly clean store. However the drink offers and food selection I think Saladworks should work on bringing in more healthy items other than just salad and soup. Otherwise keep up the great job!

I love this place! I heard about it many years ago and the moved the one in my hometown. I have been traveling looking for good health meals fast and salad works for me. I picked my own choices my options where delicious I ate it all. My salad was fresh the staff was okay more importantly the place is clean. I ate inside the music was also good.
