We have ordered from here several times and the experience has not been bad, until today!! I had a long day at work. We decided to order wings and watch the Steeler game. We put in a large order, almost $100. I picked it up. I was tired, and I didn’t check my order before I left. I made the assumption that for what I paid, it would be right. I put the food in my car and left. Well, I got home and my order of BBQ wings was missing. I called the store b/c I was going to drive back and get them. A 15 min drive one way. The young man I talked to when I picked them up proceeds to tell me if I didn’t check the order before I left then they would not honor it cause too many people lie about it to get free wings and that is now their policy???? Seriously!! My husband asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager and when my husband proceeded with his complaint, he hung up on him. My husband called back and asked for his name, he advised he didn’t have to give that and he would not give the number for a district manager either. So, if you order from here, check your order before you leave the premises, otherwise you are out of luck. Maybe it should be WINGSTOP policy to tell their customers that before they leave!!?? So I’m writing this, hungry with no dinner, cause those were my wings!!! Needless to say WINGSTOP will get no more of my business! Way too many wing places in New Castle to deal with that kind of service! Should have gone to Town and Country like my husband suggested. I didn’t want to drive the distance! As far as the quality of the food, it’s the McDonalds of wings is all I’ll say. But atleast McDonald’s will fix a mistake when they make it.

Ordered online and when we got the order home I called to let them know that they gave me boneless instead of bone-in wings which I paid more for! They wanted me to have my daughter bring the food back so they could see it for themselves! I explained that, that was not an option because of the distance back to the location! He kept trying to dismiss me and say that I messed up when ordering! Then when I was reading the receipt to him he tried to cut me off and I told him I wasn’t finished reading it. Once I finished reading it to him he kept saying that he couldn’t do anything about it unless we took the food back! There needs to be a way that photos can be sent to the locations when something like this happens! We already pay decent money to eat there and then to waste gas going back to the location is just not logical! They need to do better! What about the people that don’t have transportation? CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE!!!!!

Do not ever order from this location it’s horrible always. I was really looking forward to the Hot Honey and Hot Honey Sriracha tenders, but they missed the mark.The Hot Honey tasted like plain grease with no hot honey at all, and the Hot Honey Sriracha had no sriracha flavor whatsoever. Just prefacing that this is no hate towards any of the employees, but unless they were lying to me, according to new company policy, if they happen to mess up your order, they are no longer obligated to replace your food. They have been instructed to, instead of making you new chicken, to simply cover whatever you received with whatever you ordered, so if you ordered a dry rub and somehow received barbeque, they will just throw the barbeque chicken you received into the dry rub and hand it to you. Frankly ridiculous considering the price of what you’re paying for.

This store is ridiculous. Came in for a door dash order and the workers have no manager to open register, shut down door dash order take orders in store. They have young kids working with no one in charge to help them. These poor kids are left here to deal with the backlash of turning customers away and have no one to direct the angry customers to. I have never seen an establishment ran in such a manner. For future customers please be patient with the workers as it is not their fault and I’m sure they don’t get paid enough to deal with all this nonsense.

Wingstop is always amazing — the wings are crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection every time. The fries and ranch are unbeatable and make the meal complete. The staff is friendly, and the service is always fast and reliable. Every visit is a great experience full of good food and good vibes!

10 out of 10 out of 10 100% recommend staff are absolutely awesome and never fail to make things right if anything was to happen which it won’t. Great and speedy service 10 out of 10 for the staff definitely will be coming back here
