Many of the wings were undercooked then some were fried way too long. They didn’t even have sauce on all sides. They just drizzled them instead of tossed them. Really poor presentation. The fries were terrible. I didn’t expect them to be super hot bc it was a delivery and it was late but aside from that, they were not good. We spent over $100 and ate maybe 3 wings.

Don’t order food from here. It’s terrible. The wings were overcooked, dry and hard. I just threw them out. The sliders were burned. And the roll spring rolls had a weird flavor to them. The order was wrong, the sauce that the wings were cooked in was super super sticky super sweet super chemicalized. All of it was just horrible. I should’ve known since this wasn’t a Wingstop type of place but inside at Chili’s. That should’ve been my sign not to order any food from them. Do not eat this food it’s gross

We ordered boneless wings for delivery. The sauce was mostly on the bottom of container leaving many wings with no sauce on them at all. Wings should be tossed in sauce not thrown on top of it. It is not possible to order without out fries and because the sauce is in the bottom of the container the fries were sitting in it and soggy. Wings on top of sauce not tossed and soggy fries, we will not be spending hard earned money here again.

Wings ARE NOT up to par. Seasoning is tasteless. Only has seasoning on one side of the wings. Pickup for 2:09, parked in the specified parking. Waited 10 mins to go inside and food was waiting on the door dash shelf & the order was for regular pickup. Fries soggy and cold. Had to request napkins and ketchup. This specific location inside of Chili’s. If I knew Chili’s was in charge of the wings I wouldn’t have ordered. So do not recommend.

“A Bad Night?”
A typical Monday night (I’d like to think not too busy) I’d assume and hope? I can’t even say “Not the wing’s I wanted but the wing’s I needed”. I just spent almost 7 months deployed in the middle of nowhere in the middle East, SO dreaming of America Chicken Wings. Yet, my deployed locations wings were better than these… A bad night? I hope! I WILL try this place one more time because I don’t know how you can overcook a wing this bad. The wing sauce was excellent! Wing size, overall baseline was there… But over cooked, overcooked, overcooked, overcooked… Did I mention overcooked?
I will give you a second chance. But wings on a military base, in the middle East, in the middle of NOWHERE was better cooked than this.
Please, do better.

Not sure why they bake their wings and then fry them. That makes me think that they’re not fresh when I got my order. My wings were hard as a rock. I couldn’t even eat them. I called them to let them know about my order. The manager was very nice. That’s one thing I can say that was good.

Absolutely disappointing. I ordered about 40 wings and barely made it through one before having to spit it out. For a restaurant with ‘wings’ in the name, you’d expect them to at least get that right—but these were completely inedible. If I had to rate that wing on a scale of 1 to 10, it would be a -10. I honestly don’t know how you mess up something as simple as wings, but if this place wants to stay in business, they need to seriously rethink their recipe and quality control.

Typing this review as I need to give my jaw a break from chewing these wings! Way over cooked and tough. Waited in the To Go spot for 10 minutes before going inside to pickup the food since nobody ever came out. Maybe if I had gone straight in, they wouldn’t have had so long to keep cooking the wings… they were also out of the desert I ordered, but charged me for it anyway!
It’s Just Wings replied to my review, but the link they provided just goes to their Doordash page, not a contact forum. To top all this, now the restaurant and Doordash are both refusing to refund the missing item. Great customer service from both companies!

I ordered 8 piece bone in wings, and it was dry! I got the lemon pepper rub, and it tasted bland, no lemon pepper taste at all. The fries was so salty and a little soft. They had one job, make a good wing, and they failed at that. I couldn’t finish the wings. The salty fries were hurting my mouth.
