Great pizza for sure but could have been heated more. appetizers like the stuffed pepper came to us warm not hot. Was really good though but would have been better hot for sure. Female chef did not have any specials that day and we were disappointed because of those 2 things.

Excellent service, delicious food, and cozy feel. My wife and I enjoy coming here once every week or two. We have our regular dishes of the taste of italy, and the BBQ chicken pizza. Both great, and filling dishes for the price. Even if you only get an 8″ pizza, it is more than enough for one person. Very delicious. They also have cookies, for only 25 cents, and is great to snack on when waiting for a to go order.

This is my favorite pizza in Layton. I love the chicken artichoke pizza. Pasta is not very good in my opinion. Noodles are overcooked. the garlic cheese bread is the best! The salads are great and the ranch is delicious. You can buy it by the quart if you want. The atmosphere is old Italian, but the owners and wait staff are SO welcoming and friendly! A great place to eat if you want great pizza.

I have been a few times, and the food is always lukewarm. They also pile on the sauce. The food is bland. This last time I went, the server, Maria was extremely slow. She did not bring out my salad until she brought out my entree, even though I had ordered 15 or so minutes prior. The one time she did check on me, she left so quickly after asking how I was doing that I could not respond fully. When I was done, I waited almost 20 minutes for my check, and finally had to go stand in the front to pay. It was not the best experience.

Great Servers always have been. Poor ownership bully employees and are disillusion with customer needs. Priced like 5 stars tastes like fast food. Pasta sauce could kill you I saw the owner request at the end of the day that the cook put boiling hot sauce into plastic drums and put into a fridge. That is a big no no. How they have not been shut down for heath code violations is beyond me.

I come to get take out all the time things to order are the Meatball Sub, this will be thee best meatball sub you will find. The BBQ pizza is pretty great too. Combination with the green olive are so tasty. The chef salad is big and tasty they have really good ranch. This is a great place to go.

We went in yesterday. Our server treated us as if we were more of an annoyance to her. We ordered the taste of Italy for 2 pasta special. The pasta dish comes with meatballs so we asked the server if the meatballs have pork before placing an order. She said she wasn’t sure and we told her, we don’t eat pork so leave the meatballs off just in case they are pork. When she brings us our food, she said the meatballs are pork, so my husband tells her “we told you we don’t eat pork yet you still put it in our pasta” Her response “you can set them to the side” Are you kidding me? The food was mediocre. Definitely will not be returning.

I love this place, my favorite is the meatball sandwich. It’s huge and it’s delicious. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. If you haven’t been there, give it a try. I also like the pizzas, stuffed peppers and the chef salad. I want to try other items but I just keep getting the meatball sandwich.

Been coming here for 20 years. Love this place. The hot ham sandwich is great. Green olives on pizza which is a must for a great pizza place. Good home style Italian food still owned and run by the cutest couple.
