The food was good but service wasn’t great. We were having dinner there before a 7pm show. We were the first in line to wait for them to open. I know they weren’t open yet but I hate it when restaurant staff simply ignore people. Have good customer service just by smiling at customers if you don’t want to thank them for waiting and mention you’ll be with them at 5. And just like at another casino restaurant, our plates were handed to us rather than being set down on the table. It sounds like a small thing, but it’s so basic to restaurant service. I’m confident the staff could do better to make it an enjoyable experience for diners.

Although seating isn’t that idea because it’s an open concept, if you get seats at the bar, it’s fantastic! We eat there every Friday – Kumamoto Oysters and King Crab! OUTSTANDING! King Carb is hard to find nowadays but they have plenty here! Service is FANTASTIC but go early on weekends because it’s packed! 10 weeks in a role going and we are addicted. Try the beef tataki – so yummy! Get the clams in their garlic-bacon-wine sauce – soooooo good! You won’t be disappointed and the prices are just right! 5 stars

Absolutely terrible. The atmosphere is a closed off area of the deli. The server had anything but service on her mind. Started with a cup of clam chowder, which was just potato puree with a few clams added to it. (Seriously, how can someone in the land of Ivar’s think that it’s remotely good?) Underwhelming Oysters Rockefeller. Overpriced stuffed avocado. None of our group’s food came out at the same time. Some people were done eating before others even got their entree.
Go to the adjacent deli if you are looking to eat for a lot cheaper. If you want to spend some money, go to The Clearwater.

We went as a group of three, ordered at the same time and only one person got their meal first and finished way before the other meals came. The appetizer even came out last! The server we had was very rude and didn’t even ask to refill our drinks. The area wasn’t even busy compared to the deli side. The prawns that we ordered was regular shrimp size and very tasteless. The only thing good there was the seafood chowder. This is the first and last time we will be going there!

Update: Over 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us after we sat down. Watch multiple tables get seated after us and get food before we even ordered.

The surf and turf(grilled shrimp and new york strip steak) was good and a relief from the food in the rest of the hotel. I also had the clam chowder which was good. Nothing is too fancy but the prices are reasonable and the service is fair.
