Very friendly staff. Fun environment! The store is in Rosemont Plaza. They have several flavors in the back also. Ask them if you don’t see your flavor. I admire a well run business. The atmosphere from walking through the doors is uplifting when I’m already happy to just have ice cream.
Clean, well lit and they carry both our favorite ice cream, Reese’s peanut butter cup and chocolate peanut butter. They also have dairy free choices.

I’ve visited a couple times now: once a couple hours after open, with employees in the building but they just kept the door locked; once where my order was correct but they just didn’t say anything at all, just a very pissy attitude overall and no verbal responses, not even telling me the total, only handing me the order and receipt in a very annoyed manner; and today where I pointed to their display and asked “what’s this, what’s in it,” and she very rudely just said it’s a large….asked if I wanted “that,” I said yes, and then got something completely different (pics shown). Can’t say I’ll visit this location any more.

I’ve always had an enjoyable experience here. I’m sure it’s changed ownership over the years, but it’s always been here while growing up. The ice creams and varieties are always changing to be up with the times. I would have to say we enjoy the German chocolate ice cream when it’s in. We don’t really have a favorite. The smoothies are also very good. They also have ice cream cakes available for just about all occasions. The ambiance is quaint and home like. Thanks for always being a part of my childhood and my kids’ childhood. At least I know that coming back home, this location is always here.

Xavi was amazing. There were a bunch of people in the store and he helped us all very quickly and efficiently, while working by himself. And handling door dash orders by himself.

I will not be coming here again.
My scoops were not complete rolls – the middle of my scoops were hollow.
I was charged .99 cents for sprinkles, and it was about half of the spoon that they use to dish the sprinkles. -_-
I was charged a dollar for whipped cream that you can see by the picture was about the size of a quarter. As the girl handed me my ice cream, I looked at the whipped cream and questioned the amount given vs the amount charged and she replied that is what they are told to give for a dollar and that they cant control how much their boss makes them give or charge. She then followed it up with stating that they are told that they are the highest charging Baskin Robbins around.
I go to Baskin Robbins often and have tried many locations. This was the first time I felt like I wasted my money and did not get my money’s worth.
I would highly suggest anyone to drive a couple miles further to the next location.

HORRIBLE. do not buy your cake from here. Smushed and they couldn’t even fix it. When I picked it up, I asked her to fix it and she said she doesn’t know how. Buy from Safeway or a professional. This location can not do cakes. Or try a different Baskin-Robbins

Website says they close at 10pm. Called the store to verify and the worker said they closed at 9:30pm but on the official website it says they closed at 10pm. When we told the worker that he seemed caught off guard and said that he would wait for us to come. We showed up not even 10 minutes later and he locked the door and signaled us with his hands that they were closed. It is upsetting that we called and were told one thing so we drive all to not even get the ice cream. This is ridiculous. If they really wanted to close at 9:30pm then they need to change the time on all websites including the OFFICIAL Baskin Robbins website.

Every time I come here it’s a huge disappointment it is never easy to just buy ice cream!!! I am never coming here again.
It’s always understaffed. ALWAYS. I have gone only to leave empty handed because they’re also often out of flavors.
I came to buy some ice cream today just two pre packed containers and after waiting 20 min I was told their cc system was down. So I couldn’t purchase anything and just wasted my time.
Avoid this place at all costs.
UPDATE: I am happy to learn that it looks like the staffing problem has been resolved. And I am coming back and buying ice cream again. So I updated my review to reflect the new reality.
