Palmettos Shaved Ice is an absolute gem! From the very first bite, I was transported back to Hawaii. Smooth, flavorful, and refreshing, it’s hands down the best I’ve had outside the islands.
The atmosphere is just as impressive. There’s a great outdoor seating area, fun games like corn hole, and a welcoming vibe that makes you want to hang out and stay a while. It’s the perfect spot for families, date nights, or just cooling off on a hot day. The service was phenomenal! They were incredibly kind and helpful, we will definitely be back!!

Wonderful atmosphere! My kids always love going. The play area is fun and kid friendly. There are so many flavors to choose from. They have natural, dye free options which is a unique offering you don’t see most places. The ice is smooth and the serving size is huge for the price! One of our favorite places to go!

Stumbled on this place by accident, but this place was amazing. The best snowballs I’ve ever had. Their ice cream selection and flavor selection for the shaved ice was incredible. My husband and I shared a shave ice with peach and blue coconut natural flavor – it was delicious! The vibe is also so nice. We talked to the owners and she let us know that this shop was inspired by shave ice in Hawaii, which I’ve heard was very good! So it was awesome to not have to go all the way to Hawaii to experience it!

Super cute little spot in Pineville! We stopped for shaved ice & were so impressed with the spot they have here. The shaved ice (Hawaiian style) was delicious & we got to relax outside playing games in the little yard area. Thank you, Palmettos!

We actually bought two snocones but I only got a picture of the second they were so good. The ice was like snow, unlike most snow cone places, and I love the ice texture. The flavors were amazing 10/10 recommend!

Quaint little place for refreshing treats, limited seating and the customer flow is a bit cramped when you walk inside to order I feel like it would be better with the side walk up window to handle the orders and lines of people waiting to receive their orders. Great value $4 gets you (3 flavors included along with cream on top). Children’s play area with patio lighting for evening ambiance.

Awesome place! I’ve gotten to go twice and both times the owners/employees were super friendly. Plus they’ve got actual malts, really good ice cream, and the shaved ice is amazing. Tons and tons of flavors and outstanding service! Plus it’s just a nice place to sit and hang out while you enjoy something to cool you off.
