Line moved fast; food was freshly made right after I ordered! I wish they would of cut the steak and bacon before serving my food, whats the point of sliced bread if everything else isn’t sliced? Either way an enjoyable experience. Little bit on the pricy side but you can expect that eating at the mall. The bacon & cheese gourmet fries were a little lackluster as the bacon and cheese just sat on the top, overall for quick service I would recommend and go again!

Extremely rude and racist employees. Two workers being racist towards my mother and not serving her, after she waited for ten minutes as they stared at her. She wears the hijab and it is clear that it was a racist and ignorant act, because when another customer came, Caucasian, they were served immediately despite the fact of her still waiting there for a very long time. It was so disgusting and I will never ever come to this establishment. It was so rude and nobody deserves to be treated like this. One worker had tattoos and an accent, while the other had black earrings on. This was a disgusting and horrible act and when we asked for their names, they knew that they were in the wrong as they laughed in our face.

While I walked in, two workers gave me a dirty look because my wife wore a hijab and they gave a lot of attitude and it looked like they spat in my food which led to my wife not even eating her food which took 10 minutes for a worker to take our order while it took not even 1 for them to take a white/Caucasian man’s order. I confronted them as the husband I am and they just laughed at each other and gave each other looks while I am trying to resolve the issue. The food was not even good and they have racist dirty ignorant workers who don’t care to criticize. I am fuming with rage as this happened.

Food was what I expected from Charley’s really good the seasoning was great as well but the siracha tasted a bit old and it would be 5stars if the customer service was a bit friendlier. Im a manager at a restaurant so I know it’s hard to keep an up attitude but they can’t let that show.

The amount they charge for the amount of meat is appalling. Basically it’s less meat than a hot dog served on a hot dog bun… A small philly, bacon cheese fries and a drink was almost $11. Never again.

I got the philly cheese steak and that was incredibly delicious but the fries with cheese, not so much. The fries itself aren’t seasoned, and the cheese doesn’t taste like normal cheese. But their lemonade hits the spot.

Found out today that the wings aren’t made fresh. They are actually precooked and stored in clear container and thrown in the fryer again when you order them so your food is at least hot smh.
