Was just here for a very short while, had one beer – San Miguel light (FFS) – not a great selection at all – but the place looked pretty good, nice interior and the frontage outside looks well cool.
Service was fine, and there were male masseurs going around giving people free neck and back massages – which I had never seen before in a bar.
Have to say the name “Manila Vice” is a good idea, well done on that, clever.

I spent a few afternoons here drinking because the buckets are cheap and the view is good. Service was also great as well. They have a bouncer now to keep out the beggars which is nice.

This place is horrible. I’ll start with the 2nd floor At night there are lots of mosquitoes and i got bitten 4 times, there are 3 employees standing outside doing nothing but they can’t kill these mosquitoes with a fly swatter? Then the restaurant have cats that are not even healthy and one of them has a skin disease which is gross especially when you’re about to eat. Then the food has a poor selection and the pork has no meet but fat only. I’m assuming these reviews are done by drunk people because this review is done while I’m sober.

A good place for drinking. The rooftop seats are awesome although it’s a bit crowded. Don’t expect to view the ocean at all time and i would suggest every one to take good care of their wallets and expensive goods.

Cheap foods and drinks beside the manila bay is the only bright side of the place. The view they advertise about is blocked by the huge coconut trees and is just beside the busiest road in the Philippines so is very noisy. The place is very small and the tables are spaced very close to each other and provides no privacy at all. Locals vendors and children come to sell their products very close to you. One of the seller persistently bothered a guy to buy a rose for the girl he was with. Otherwise, the place provides decent food for a very cheap price. Finally i would suggest people visiting there to be very cautious about their belongings and keep them safe.

Affordable beer bucket compared to other bars. Approx. P400/ 6 bottles. You need to pay P300 pesos per table to enjoy unlimited videoke. One 1 comfort room for man and woman.
You can choose a rooftop table or an airconditioned room with videoke.
Hard drinks like Jose Cuervo are almost double in price.

Sat outside just had a fee drinks, nice friendly staff and could hear the karaoke going on inside. Good stopping point if waiting for table to become free at the local Aristocrat restaurant

Great place to hang out while watching the Manila bay stretch. Just make sure rain is not in the forecast when you plan to visit. There also other bars and restos nearby as it is located near Malate nightlife. Restroom a bit small.
