This place is so beautiful and cozy. The food was some of the best French cuisine I’ve had in years.
I was lucky to been served by the wonderful bartender and server Jessica. She was so warm and charming. She was also a great help with my food selections, she didn’t steer me wrong!
If you could eat at one restaurant in town this is the place!

We went there for dinner on a Thursday night. We had a reservation so we were seated immediately. It has nice decor with bar seating and normal seating.
We had warm bread with garlic butter and argula salad in appetizers. Both were great. We ordered chicken lollipop and beef with mesh potatoes in main course. We liked chicken one better.
Portion size were decent and we had to pack some of these to take home.
Service was very nice.
Parking is available outside for a fee and roadside for free.

Love the live jazz Saturday night! The food is primo!! Authenticity french, well prepared and the presentation is excellent. A wonderful wine list. The Chateau De Montmirail Les Pradets red was outstanding. I will be adding that to my collection.

A great little French restaurant in downtown Camden with a cozy, speakeasy vibe. Though there were only two people serving both the bar and tables on a Friday night, service was very friendly and quick. Great cocktails and delicious food. Highly recommend the bread with roasted garlic butter as an app. The duck confit was tender and flavorful. My husband ordered the beef bourgignon with mashed potatoes which was heavenly. Great date night spot!

My friends and I visited La Cave later this winter, arriving after 8:30, and were delighted that they could accommodate our large party of seven so late. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and inviting, making us feel very comfortable and welcome.

I thoroughly enjoyed the butternut squash soup and duck fat fries—both were absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the steak frites and couldn’t stop raving about it. He loved the sauce and said it was one of the best-cooked steaks he’s ever had! (He enjoyed it so much that I didn’t even get a chance to snag a bite—still not over it, ha!)

To top it all off, the staff surprised us at the end of the meal by bringing out a warm chocolate lava cake for my sister. We hadn’t mentioned it was her birthday! They must have overheard us celebrating and planned it all on their own. That thoughtful gesture was incredibly kind and really made the night such a memorable experience!

It takes a truly special team and place to provide that level of hospitality, hat’s off! I can’t wait to visit again!

The oysters were fresh and delicious! The salmon tartare was mouthwatering and melted in my mouth. I wasn’t a fan of the large plantain chips they were on but that’s on my sensitive teeth. The onion soup was comforting. The lava cake was too small and it paired well with the port wine. Definitely go and enjoy yourself. It is a pity that you can’t view the marina but it wasn’t a deal breaker for moi.

La Cave is located right next to the Camden Public Landing. We ate on the patio, it’s pleasant enough but unfortunately the view was of the parking lot. Had oysters, arugula salad, mussels and onion soup. The salad, mussels and soup were all excellent. The oysters were fine but not outstanding.

La Cave is a must stop when in Camden! My partner and I enjoyed dinner here for the first time and it was truly exquisite. The food was delish, our waiter was great, and the atmosphere was so cozy and chic. We also happened to go on a night with live music, which was perfect! I would recommend making a reservation before you go, it was quite busy. Just goes to show how amazimg this restaurant is. We will definitely be back next time in Camden!

La Cave is located in Camden Landing. It has an outdoor patio with nine tables. The area is very pleasant and the staff was friendly. The food was good but the menu was very limited. The menu are all small plates, no entries. We had oysters, onion soup, salmon tar tar, salad, and muscles. The bill was $125 before tip.
