A Charming Spot for “Girls’ Time” – Worth the Splurge!
We celebrated a friend’s daughter’s birthday here today, and it was a genuinely unique and fun experience. With mismatched china and an Alice in Wonderland theme, it truly is a beautiful place.
I had the Sweet Gluten-Free Tower, and my girls enjoyed the Kids’ Towers. Everything was tasty, but the gluten-free scones and the refreshing Strawberry Sunrise Tea were absolutely the best part.
The girls were delighted with their towers and were especially excited about the glittery pink lemonade served instead of tea. The only slight disappointment was that the muffins for the kids appeared to be store-bought (specifically Little Bites funfetti) instead of house-made, which felt a bit mismatched with the overall upscale presentation.
A quick note on price: Be prepared for the cost, but while it is certainly pricey, if you’re looking for a memorable, unique, and special outing, this is a wonderful place to check out!

My wife and I went to Pattea Lou’s for lunch and had a wonderful time. The establishment is tastefully decorated. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Most of all the food was outstanding! We plan to spread the word on this little gem.

Absolutely the BEST afternoon tea in Dallas/Fort Worth. Everything was fresh, delicious and made-from-scratch. There are around 36 different teas to choose from and they give each person a whole pot, which makes it great for sharing. We were blown away by Chef Renee’s creativity and flavors. She even stopped by our table to say hello. There is a different theme each month which keeps things exciting. What a great way to spend an afternoon with friends or family. Our server was great. The decor has a fun Alice in Wonderland theme. I’m already planning my next visit!

I’m writing this review because as a guy, I feel very welcomed and invited at Pattea Lou’s Tea Room. The vibe is amazing and I encourage all dudes and fathers to enjoy a tasty and fun time here. The chicken salad sandwiches have a massive and generous portion of chicken salad and the price points are more than fair. It’s a refreshing and uplifting meal every time. The wide variety of teas are staggering. Our goal is to try them all. The Tea Room was an unforgettable experience for our daughter’s 18th birthday and I enjoyed it more than she did! Please see the pics of the tower we had. The Tea Room is gorgeous and everyone needs to try it at least once. It’s a great date for my wife and I. The warm and kind staff keep great tabs on us and that makes us happy. It’s a well run and clean environment that we put in our heavy rotation. Please give this loving Tea Room a chance…you will leave happy!!!

Went there this weekend with my church group. The atmosphere and decor was homie comfortable and cheerful. The service was great. food was very tasty. They serve breakfast and lunch. They have a very nice room in the back that you can have private parties. With a great atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back.

This place is amazing. I was supposed to take my wife and two girls here for a little post-birthday celebration for my wife, but I ended up just taking my girls. This current theme of the tea room is “Alice in Wonderland.” It was a nice little daddy-daughter experience. Gotta admit, i felt a little silly since i was the only dude there. But the food is amazing, exquisite, artistically displayed, and creatively made. I really don’t know the first thing about tea, but the tea i had was also delicious.
This is a great experience for moms and daughters, a unique family outing, or just a fun time. I think it might also be cool for a little lunch date too for couples.
I hardly ever leave Google reviews. But this place is worth a visit.
I’m gonna see if I can surprise my wife and drag her back here soon.

My brother in law and I organized a baby shower for my sister and our beloved family and friends which 90% of our guests had traveled from different states to celebrate with us. We had already confirmed we could arrive one hour in advance to set up and they called us on the same day to tell us it had to be moved to 30 minutes prior which we were ok with regardless of the last minute change. We got there at 1:30 and they were iust starting to clean the room. The owner was very rude to us and upset that we showed up “early”. Then when we told her what we were already told in advance the time we could set up and she shouts to one of her workers and says “Can you tell Mr. () what time he was supposed to arrive? And the lady goes “1:45”. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THEM AND THEIR COSTUMER, making my brother in law look like a liar in front of everyone.
We kept our cool and calm not to let my sister and our family notice the discomfort the owner was causing unneccesarily. My brother in law asked to have two tables set up in the middle of the room and the owner shouted “I am going to have to charge you for that”. He asked “Why? I just want two tables moved to the middle.” And she proceeds to say ok with an attitude again. We had to rush to set up as we had very little time and unfortunately our desire of having everything set up before our guests arrived was not possible dispite it being confirmed we could arrive one hour in advance weeks prior. If we would have known we had so little to set up we would have added more time to our reservation to accomodate for that, but we planned with what it was said in advance
I am giving it 2 stars because of how nice the room is decorated and quality of the food being ok.
We payed a good amount to rent the space and the least we could expect was professionalism, respect and clear communication. We stayed calm to make sure my sister and our parents didn’t notice what was happening, but so embarrased and furious inside of how she spoke to my brother in law.
I wish your business continued success and hope this feedback helps you improve on customer service and communication.
