I usually would never write a review on fast food. But whoever cooks and runs Saturday morning, they are doing a great job. My burger look like an ad. It was good too! Everything was clean! Probably one of my best experiences eating inside a Burger King.

Nothing says “Welcome to Burger King” than an apathetic exchange of food and service backed by inconvenience.
We pulled up to pick up our online order and the ‘bro’ said “what you want.”
After saying “hello, we are here for a pick up order for ____”, bro assured me we will be treated like royalty with an interrupted “second window.”
Our order wasnt ready, despite it being marked ‘ready’, and after handing me the food like it was trash pick up day, we noticed we were missing items. I asked for help but bro was catching cold, and shut the window. After waiting for a few more moments, bro came back with more food for the next customer.
“Hello, you forgot some of my stuff , I need the___”
In the wink of a lazy eye , Bro groaned, Bro grabbed, Bro reached, swung his arms hoping things would magically appear to full fill my order, but proceeded to hand me random packets of ranch, BBQ sause, and more, which he let most fall to the ground …I suppose the drive-through pavement needed a sause moment as well.
Bewildered, tired from a 6 hour flight, I stared at Bro like a stunned trout in a landing net, to which he spoke with his eyes saying: “leave.”
It was weird, wild time, and one that I might have appreciated more if I was, perhaps; drunk, unconscious, or high on helium, but unfortunately I was a customer looking for a quick meal before leaving on a long journey back home. Sorry Bro if your day was crap, if this isnt your dream job, or if my order was your inconvenience, but is any of that my problem ? If this is how Burger King wants to treat customers, AI couldn’t come soon enough

I have been eating here for 20 years and never had an issue. There is a young man working there now who has a serious attitude problem and does not belong working in a customer service type role. The manager even apologized for his behavior. If I were manager and witnessed an employee treat/talk to a customer as this one did to me, the employee would have been fired on the spot. Inexcusable to keep that young man employed. He obviously does not want to be there, so why keep him?

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from here. At at 10am. Got on the toilet around 6pm with a bucket, didn’t leave said toilet until about 3:30AM. Was the only thing I ate all day.

One of the few places left in Minnesota that has surge soda pop readily available. I was able to try the new chicken fingers and surprisingly, they were enjoyable at an affordable price. I will go back again I like Burger King. Staff was friendly and fast. Nick Cannon on Fox 9 was on television I was able to view his show as I was having lunch and it was enjoyable.

I usually order a whopper with cheese. Yay whopper Wednesday. After tax it’s about four dollars.
I’ve only been inside a couple times and it’s always been clean. Usually I go through the drive through. The line isn’t usually very long. Although lunch rush can get busier.
If you’re in the area and crave burger king this is a decent stop.

This is the best burger king in the metro area. This burger king shouldn’t even becalled burger king because it is so much better than all the other burger kings. My family calls it good burger king. This is what burger king tasted like in the 90s except the restaurant is way cleaner and the employees appear to be sober.

In Eagan this is my go to BK. When it comes to burger kings in eagan I have only been here and the one on cliff. This is the go to burger king. The food is good. The customer service is good. If you are near the one on cliff Rd, and you think “burger king sounds good.” It would be worth it to you to drive to this location. Your food will taste better will taste better I promise!

The building is an older location. It’s a typical Burger King. The staff was polite and patient which was nice.
