Very unhappy with my order. I placed the order with Doordash for pickup and when I looked at my order, I was missing egg that I paid extra for. I contacted the store about the issue and the lady stated that I need to contact them about what was missing! I clearly ordered and had proof that her team did not complete the order. How is it doordash fault for just picking up the order? Fries cold on arrival.

As a visitor, I tried this fastfood because I was told their home state is in NC. Unfortunately, the foods here are nothing special. The fries are too salty. The sodas from the fountain drink machine tasted weird. It was good to experience tasting their food but I will never eat here again.

The staff were incredibly rude and unapologetic. When my husband asked about our food, instead of vocalizing they need the receipt they just held out their hand with an attitude..
She came back and plopped our food on the counter then walked away. Didn’t say a word. We had no idea it was our food until we saw our crumpled receipt inside.. Unreal. Why work in customer service if you’re gonna act like this.
I would understand if they’re short staffed, but they had more than enough workers there. 5+

First.. the person who took the order was horrendous. She just walked off for about 10 minutes while threatening to fight her coworkers. Then- 2 (I would assume off shift employees) walk in wearing pajamas and start making food for themselves. No one. NO ONE handling the food up front wears gloves. Then lets get to the food. It had been sitting under the heating lamps (the chicken) so long, it was inedible. We requested new, fresh food. They say it will be 15 minutes for the chicken to cook. We wait 20. Nothing. Finally we go to see if it was ready ♀️ there’s no condiments stocked, no cutlery stocked. No straws. While we are waiting on said chicken to be cooked. All we can hear is the crew cussing each other out throughout our wait. This location used to be good. Now. Bypass it and go to Country Club unless you want horrible food, horrible service- with a sideshow of employees yelling and cussing during your wait.

Slow wait!20-30 min for my food when i received my food the chicken tenders were soggy and tasted weird and for the fries they weren’t even cooked right. i got no biscuit in my supreme meal which i should’ve then i didn’t get the right sauces either and payed extra for ranch which i didn’t end up getting! i was also given no straw for my drink! went in thru drive thru and staff was just uncaring

This is probably the slowest fast food line i’ve ever been in… and there were 3 cars. I see people inside on their phone while I’m waiting ages for my order… that the lady at the drive thru window keeps getting wrong. It’s just baffling that Bojangles would even allow such a shitty location to be run like this.

The sign outside today, 5/15/22, said that you get a $10 gas card with the purchase of a 20-piece meal. The woman at the drive-thru said that they aren’t doing that anymore. They also forgot the other half-gallon of tea, my receipt, and took a long time to get the food. On a positive note, the lady who brought me the food was nice and brought me a copy of the receipt. Too bad I didn’t see that I was missing the tea.
