I gave Moce 4 Stars (very good), and their food 5 Stars (excellent) because it needs to be graded for what it is –
a casual hotel restaurant. Food was above average taste and quality; the service was excellent. Over my 10 days stay I was served daily by either Jen, Michael, or Christopher. Each did an excellent job, and the breakfast and dinner prices were very affordable. If the opportunity arose, I would eat here again. Highly recommended!

This is one of the better hotel restaurants I’ve been to. It is not the best restaurant food, but the wings are very good with lots of meat on them. The Brick Oven Pizza is soggy and doughy. It is not bad, it just is not good either.
Pros: very affordable for hotel food.
Buffalo wings are great.
Lots of food for the money
Cons: service is a little slow, especially at the bar.
Drinks are expensive.
Not a big selection of drafts.

We’ve had the breakfast buffet twice now. The bacon is excellent – crispy and not greasy. The hash browns are good. The muffins are great, but are better warm. There are lots of choices on the buffet. The service, especially by Honoraria, was wonderful! She was kind, nice, attentive and did a great job of getting my half and half tea perfect. The buffet is a great deal!

A Caesar salad and fish and chips were $31! I’ve gotten better quality food at an amusement park. I can’t express how poor the food was. The Caesar tasted funny and used cheap ingredients. The fish was a breaded precooked fish fillet that got reheated and served with soggy fries.
This was cafeteria food served in a restaurant setting. The tables were sticky/dirty. If this was outside of the hotel, it would be closed by now. Order in from somewhere else.
The only saving grace was the staff was very nice.

Not amazing… We got a pizza (missing some flavor but cooked well) and a hamburger (that was nothing special). We dine in and everything was in to go containers and it took longer to get to us, the waitress was friendly but the service wasn’t great. And we got a dessert (apple pie a la mode)… It was half hot half cold…. And the ice cream came in a separate container (again we dine in)
I don’t know if it was because of the pandemic, but honestly I wouldn’t recommend it.

John was our server at dinner. He was attentive, knew the menu well and made sure our food came out hot! It was nice chatting with him. Kudos to the kitchen staff too! A lot of what we had was great! Highlights for the pizza, chicken wrap, garden salad, mushrooms, and turkey club. We were all very happy with our meals and Mary made our drinks at the bar. What a nice surprise! Those were the best drinks we’ve had during our stay here and we could tell the drinks were made with passion. We came back the next day for a couple drinks at the bar expecting the same great service. We had someone else tend us at first but she wasn’t very receptive to customers and didn’t make drinks at the level we expected after having Mary make them the night before. We were able to get Mary to take over our service and received the quality that originally made us come back. I hope the other bartenders are in a position to learn from Mary because she really cared about the customers (not just us), made drinks that were presented beautifully, tasted great, respected mixing chemistry and were made with quality ingredients. More of that please. 🙂 I think our initial bartender on day two was Neshee. Thanks so much for a good experience!

I get that it’s a hotel restaurant, but the service is terrible. Waited 15 minutes for my order, then they didn’t bring me the drink I ordered because the bottle was “at the back and they didn’t want to go get it.” It took over an hour to get a wrap and slaw, and when I took a bite of the coleslaw I almost heaved. It was pretty much pure mayo. The wrap wasn’t much better.
I was starving but left 3/4 of my meal behind.
And it was expensive.
I’m here for 3 days and will be leaving for the rest of my meals.

Please do yourself a huge favor and don’t order the chicken pita. Too much Calabrian pepper sauce is used, it’s all you can taste, and the dish is basically inedible.
My server and manager completely understood and took the plate away and allowed me to order another item from the menu.
