I love wingstop. The wings are always outstanding. The fries are great too. Did I make it up or does Wingstop have garlic parmesan fries? That was not an option when I ordered through Uber Eats, so I just got parmesan fries.
The reason for the low rating is because I was staying in a hotel. When I opened my bag from WingStop which contained wings, fries, and a fountain drink, I noticed that they put no napkins or straw in my bag. Probably an oversight but with people ordering Uber Eats you never know what they have access to. Please ensure you double-checking your bags before sending them for delivery.

We ordered quite a bit of food, and 3 out of the 4 sets of wings we ordered were wrong: wrong flavour, wrong count, wrong type. We didn’t find this out until we got home. I get our order was big but come on, y’all, it was pretty straightforward. How do you miss 10 wings in a 15 piece?? Awful experience. My son walked in and placed an order. He was not told a time for pick up. He waited 20 minutes went inside to check. They said 15 more minutes. Fine. Waited. Came back. They have given the order away to some one else! Then they do not take accountability and suggest someone else from his party must have picked it up! I will be writing to corporate and requesting a full refund. No apologies no urgency to remake the order… awful.

Place my order, was told it would be ready in 15 mins. Then was told at 20mins they had no more wings cooked and no barbecue sauce. After 30 minutes and a watching others come in and place orders, get their order and leave, I still didn’t have my order. I ask why is it taking so long and tge female on staff responded ” you want the chicken cooked right”. I finally got my order 4o minutes later with on apology.

Wingstop was disgusting communication was terrible, no one could clearly explain my order, and the place felt completely unprofessional. I literally watched chicken get dropped on the floor and then picked up and thrown back into the fryer, which is beyond nasty. The whole experience made me lose my appetite and never want to go back.

This is the worst wing stop I’ve ever been to. Ordered the lemon pepper and hot honey and the wings were so unseasoned I didn’t know which were which. When my wife went to pick up and asked for the order they hadn’t even gotten the ticket out like they’d forgotten mobile orders existed. It’s been the same thing since they opened. Don’t waste your money.

This was our first time trying Wingstop but will NOT be coming back! We ordered in store & waited over 40 mins despite it being a small order of 10 wings and eventually left empty handed. They claimed our order was already processed and had to restart the order. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t process a refund and to contact the manager.
Based on Google reviews, this is a recurring theme. Do NOT order from here.

So I’ve eaten here before and it was good. I ordered a few days ago and the food was awful. I ordered garlic Parmesan fries, and it literally looked like somebody just dumped dry Parmesan cheese on top of them. The wings were just old tasting. Very disappointing

Tonight we ordered a 40 count of the traditional wings from. We ate a few of them and noticed some had feathers still and then a few were totally broken, just full of bone fragments…Obviously not the best to find in your wings, so we called the store to see what they could do. 0/10 on the customer service. Management’s response to me telling them what happened was “come in and order a 6 count and we will give you 6 free wings.” Why wouldn’t I pay for more wings when what I got the first time still had feathers? Will not be eating here again.
