Located inside the embassy suites hotel. I was worried the service would be slow cause it took a few minutes to be greeted, but it was good. The servers did very well on checking in and keeping tge beverages filled. The nachos didnt look as good as they tasted lol. They were loaded with cheese, beans, pico de gallo and super tasty. The steak quesadilla was pretty good. It came with a chipotle cream sauce that took it over the top! The Margherita flatbread was light and fresh. The flatbread crust was not bad, a little cracker like and came with pesto instead of fresh basil. The fish and chips were the highlight of our meal. The fish had a beautiful crispy crust and juicy flaky meat. The dill tarter sauce was a great addition and the chips (fries) were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The dining area is really nice with an awesome mountain view. Chill vibe, great food–definitely worth stopping in and trying

I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We had been trying for weeks to find a place to accommodate our family of 13 for christmas dinner and games. I called and they were immediately accommodating. The staff was so kind and attentive. The food was delicious and there was something for everyone. We don’t get to be together often so this was truly special and a great place to do it! Highly recommend having dinner here any night of the week. Very family friendly.

Returned after 4 years and food is good but not as good as before. The guacamole was not fresh like it was before, but everything else was great. Resteraunt, like the hotel, is in need of an upgrade. Nothing changed in 8 years. Service was excellent as usual. Resteraunt only opened after 5 p.m., and I was disappointing since I really was planning on lunch here. Really wish they had the cob salad and red Chili, but those were no longer on the menu. Do not look at the menu online because it is incorrect. I have pictures of the current one posted here. Although Resteraunt is not as good as the pre pandemic, it is still the much better quality alternative to the manager reception.
Nice Place. Great service and very personalized. Food was not bad as well. They did not try drinks, but they do have a big selection. It is very conveniently located in Embassy Suites Loveland Hotel. Employees here are just the opposite of the in disposition.

I don’t drink, but I’m sure the drinks are good. I saw some happy people at the bar.
The bartender was excellent.
Good chilled seating.
The food, with the exception of the wings, was sadly underwhelming.
Fish was undercooked, and everything else we had was pretty tasteless.
Not worth the extra money you have to spend to stay in for convenience.

The burger was excellent, and the nachos are enough for 4 or 5 people as an app.
Five options for kids’ menu, service was great and you can watch your car charge if you are so inclined.

It’s a beautiful hotel- however menu isn’t the menu available online. There is no kids menu available. Kids both got a hamburger, that crumbles because it was so over cooked, completely black. I order the 32$ steak that was time and tasteless, which I was very excited about after the reviews online. The cut of beef was horrible and 50 percent was uneadiable. No soup option, no option in general. They were out of a lot and the waitress told us that it is what it is, and we just needed to get over it.
There are so many good restaurants near here. Leave the hotel and eat some where worth it.

Convenience and Vegetarian options while Supercharging our Tesla on the same property is a real plus for us.
We stop at the Tesla Supercharger located at Embassy Suites parking lot in Loveland, Colorado most of the time when heading home to Cheyenne, Wyoming after a trip to Denver. Most of the time we don’t need to eat as charging is usually 15-20 minutes and then it’s only an hour back to home.
Last night I needed a longer charge (due to extra driving) and was hungry so ate at the Rocky River Bar & Grill located in the Embassy Suites Hotel.
I had their housemade Black Bean and Rice burger with mushrooms and cheese, a side of onion rings, and a pint of “Sad Panda” brown ale on tap.
Like most “bar food” the burger and bun were more oily than I prefer, and the onion ring were over salted but still enjoyable. They went well with the ale. The burger fell apart making it messy to eat. It was good enough but I hope they will keep working on their recipe. I commend their effort to make their own black bean burger but unless they can make one which is better than those which are commercially available they will make their customers happier with using the premade ones instead. This wasn’t bad, but for $12.00 I really would like better.
