Club house was busy, but ended up scoring a few loungers within 15 minutes of arriving. I personally enjoyed the lazy river. Kids had fun in the splash pad and pool area. Drinks were a bit on the pricey side. Bring your own floaters for the pool if you don’t want to pay out of pocket.

Nice little park with fun for the kids. However, we rented a Cabana and tipped for the service we thought we were going to receive. Turns out there was no service for the cabanas and the tip went to the cashier and they wouldn’t refund. The cabana came with some nicer seats, but the cushions were soaked, they do nothing to prep them. Those around us joined in sun drying their cushions as well. They do nothing to ensure your rental is YOUR rental and people will try and poach your rented cabana and seats. Please develop a way to indicate they are reserved and paid for by others. Food- conflicting information but they do have a kitchen with bar food options…if they have the staff, and it doesn’t open until noon-ish, so plan accordingly if you have kids. Saw zero staff walking around/enforcing rules. Facility is nice, but customer service was terrible and sparse at best. Maybe you’ll have a better experience.

Went to eat here for lunch with our family today. Took over an hour to get our food order. They had 1 bartender working the whole bar. Steve was juggling making drinks, taking orders, and running food. He kept apologizing to us for the delay and communicated with us constantly that he didn’t forget about us and offered to bring us our food by the pool. I kept telling him no that I’d wait because I saw how busy he was. My complaint is with their other staff. Bartender had apologized that he was short staffed because their server called out. But I find it weird that every time that every time the kitchen door opened I can see inside and I saw 3 girls in their chatting away and 1 on their phone. No wonder my food is taking so long. The last time the door opened I saw a 2 year old walking around the kitchen.

Great service for a little poolside resort bar. Food isn’t bad. Prices are a little high but not outrageous in this economy. They do include gratuity, so you are tipping on top of a minimum 18%. But, staff hustles and us worth the extra

Who is running this place? Why would you have one man working the bar and running food by himself?! It’s summer vacation, I’m here with my family, the wait times are ridiculous and frankly this is a waste of my time and money. The bartender keeps apologizing and is trying his best, but the rest of the staff? Where are they? I’ve been waiting on my food for over an hour now, and I’ll tell you exactly why we’re waiting- the whole kitchen staff is talking it up like there isn’t people out here overpaying for mediocre food. Every time that kitchen door opens I can clearly see 3 women in the kitchen talking it up. I’ve read the other reviews here and this place is poorly managed. I will never be back here, and I will tell everyone to stay away from this pit.

The game room that was advertised in my rental agreement is non existent, it is under renovation, they didn’t tell me that. The shade tents are for rent ,$125 a day. That’s really expensive for shade to keep my baby comfortable. Lazy river is nice. Pool is nice. Kiddy place is really nice. Food is overly expensive and you can’t bring in your own bottle water.
