Been eating here for years, never had an issue until recently. Ordered on the app for pickup, got charged to my card and a confirmation that the food was being prepared. When I went to pick it up the staff said they hadn’t received any order from me, then argued with me about which address was correct and became super dismissive and refused to even attempt to process a refund, or even just make the food i already paid for and had the electronic receipt pulled up on my phone. Went up there today to try to get a refund again, and they told me I’d have to dispute the charge with my bank. Absolutely ridiculous, and unacceptable service from a restaurant. So, thats how my last visit to a subway went. Hopefully I can save someone the headache.

I had such a craving for subway that I went back after 3 months. They must have new management because they were amazing. The gentleman who made my sandwich created a beautiful, fully loaded masterpiece right in front of me. I am glad I gave it another try. Thank you, gentlemen, for your great service.

I order food from here almost daily, the owner here is one of my favorite people. she has always been polite and makes my food perfect. I order online and she will call me just to make sure that the order is made exactly as i want. It is nice to have someone who cares about their quality of service. I would recommend anyone to visit them.

Horrible horrible customer service! I spent $50 on subs on Nov 10th to be delivered to a game night I was hosting. They never arrived. I have contacted the store, the delivery service, and their customer service through their website. Took 3 tries from Doordash and 3 from myself for an answer from anybody. Patricia sent me an email telling me to call a number and ask for the delivery depth. I did, the lady I spoke to said they had no such dept or anything like it, so I sent an email back to Patricia 3 times over 3 weeks. As of December 11th I have yet to receive a reply at all or my money back. $50 just gone.
