Maryann I believe her name was, she is the one who trains and relocates to other subways in the area. she made my sub to perfection, no one has made it that good before. She deserves more then a raise !!! If she is training others to be as good as her there is no reason she hasn’t gotten a couple bucks added to her bi weekly check!!! Another company would LOVE to have an employee like her, subway i would cherish her while u got her because people like her dont come around too often. Excellent service.

The poor girl in the store is beyond overwhelmed. There’s never anybody but one employee in this store and they are always struggling.. online orders pouring out she’s trying to keep up with orders in store. The guy at the counter constantly changing his mind and holding up the entire place.. they need to get more employees in here. This is ridiculous and an ongoing problem. No wonder nobody wants to work here…

Today I walked in and the manager was in the back doing. I told her what I wanted and she started putting her gloves on. I asked her was her hands clean and she lifted the gloves… I explained to her that if her hands are dirty and she touch the gloves that makes the gloves dirty. I then explained the steps before applying PPE and she still wouldn’t wash her hands….. if she’s there don’t order for the sake of your health.

It was a darkened gloomy day, and it was raining cats and dogs. By the time I made it to the door, I was soaked. Upon entering this random location, I observed multiple people waiting to be served. I heard a very kind of voice say. I apologize for the wait. I will be with you as soon as I can. This young lady was working by herself, trying to take care of multiple customers. The entire time, she had a smile on her face and was very kind to everybody. I would personally give her 2 thumbs up. She was one hundred percent completely awesome.

My wife and I stopped in there last night to get some food. There was a few people ahead of us which was no biggie at the moment. As we were waiting in line, which the wait escalated into a over 10 minute wait. We noticed the guy running the place was not washing his hands or changing his gloves between handling customers food. The lady in front of us had a Fly land on her sub and the server did not see it and still sold it to her.
As we ordered our food I had to keep a watchful eye to make sure the flies did land on ours. I did however see them land on some of the food in the food storage holder. The server should not be running this place by himself at all. Speed is poor, attention to detail is poor and common sense is not there at all.
Now my wife was up most of the night with an upset stomach and a bad case of the runs from what she ate there.
I went to speak with the manager this morning and she is not there. I asked to be put in contact with the owner so I could direct this issue to the right channel. The employee told me he is not vey involved with his business. Which baffles me, He owns a business and wants nothing to do with it?
As I was about to leave I could not help but wonder, if we saw a fly land on a lady’s sub before us and on the food storage station while we were there, How long was that happening before we got there?
There needs to be a serious overhaul on the evening staff. The owner needs to get more involved in his businesses and how it runs. Believe the the department of health is going to hear about this.
Only good thing was the young lady I spoke with this morning when I arrived with my complaint. She was friendly and very compassionate, that was the only good thing that came out of this.

Wed. April 3rd stopped in for a quick to go. Lone employee in the store, multiple orders, out of ingredients. I would be rude too if this is how my supervisor ran my place of employment. She kept pushing the walk in orders back so she could keep up w the online orders. Poor guy was trying not to look annoyed or frustrated but who could not be mad? The employee told the man waiting that that store closes at 8 PM. When on Google that location says it closes at 9 PM which is also why I ordered from this specific location. I tried to order from this location last week and they canceled my order because they closed 30 minutes before I put my food through . This isn’t the first subway that I’ve seen ran like this in Green Bay. Supervisor is a “Carrie?”
Sounds like Carrie might need to find a new job because this one she is not doing very well

I stopped in at 5:20 ish this evening
And a young man was working behind the counter.
All by himself ( other coworker on break)
He had a big line if customers
But he did amazing job
Never got overwhelmed at all..
Stayed positive and polite..
