This place as well as a lot of other starbucks has really gone downhill. We came to this one specifically because the one on pendleton pike burns the espresso shots often. And we usually get better service over here.However, the new trend at starbucks is to not fill your cup all the way. These are 2 seperate drinks… I guess they’re trying to save money, And eight dollars for a coffee isn’t enough anymore. Pretty sad, we will be buying an espresso machine and making coffee at home now. Thanks

Me and my boyfriend come here every so often and they do a great job. However we get the same drink every time and add Carmel to it and every time we get it the bottom is drenched in Carmel. I don’t know about y’all but I don’t wanna drink straight Carmel in my 12$ drink. We ordered today and they gave us nearly an inch of Carmel in the bottom of it. Can we please get this fixed.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in the area! I’ve always appreciated how flavorful their drinks are from this location, especially the pecan crunch oat milk latte. It’s my favorite hot coffee during the cold months, and this Starbucks makes it SOOO GOOD!!!

I come to this location almost every morning. The staff Here are just a hit or miss. Sometimes they’re nice and sometimes they’re just rude and make you never wanna come back. This morning, Payton was just rude. One thing I will say about there, which gives them another star is that they always get you out of the line quick but rushing me to order and then telling me that you can’t break bigger bills where every Starbucks always lets me break. Bigger bills is never been a problem. Just a smart comments in the facial expressions rubbed me the wrong way
