Ordered the 3 taco combo through drive thru for lunch today and all 3 tacos were filled almost perfectly in half. Not that there wasn’t much ingredients but literally half the taco on one side had fillings and the other half was an empty taco. Turned around and took back for a refund.

My daughter and I were having a quick daddy daughter date last 15$ i had to my name. Order came out to 15$ but we were the only ones there the staff gave my daughter a free red and green freeze and an order of cinnabon delights. 200/10 will be back again love the staff!!! At this point they could mess my orders all up and i think it would be better thank you so much we had a blast!

In town today for work, and while I have fast food, I love Taco Bell.
The one thing I don’t expect at Taco Bell is great service, but today I received it.
I placed my order on the kiosk and as I turned around, a gentleman named Jared asked if I needed a drink cup.
About 5 minutes later he asked for my name because they couldn’t find my order.
Not sure what happened on the back end, but Jared and Marcus happily expedited and got me my food, and it was perfect.

For the past several months all of my order’s containing beans have been completely inedible. They refuse to periodically stir the beans or add any water so they are always completely dry, crusty little pellets. Absolutely disgusting! I’m done giving this location any of my business or money. What a waste.

If I could give zero I would. These people are lazy and unprofessional. Kids standing at the counter playing on their phone not willing to help customers. The girl who came up said the lobby is about to close can you get in your car and come Through the drive through. I told her we had a Mobile order she said ok and walked off. They didn’t put all of our stuff in there while standing at the counter then said I know we put it all in there and I showed them what we had like we was lying. They need new management and to fire all the lazy kids. I honestly am surprised it’s still open the service is horrible.
