There are 2 main things that impressed me and I’ll get right to them and keep it short.
First, I walked in at 9:57 am last Friday, the crew of 3 are in full breakfast mode. I knew that they could and should just tell me “no” when I asked if they could make me a reuben sandwich. One gentleman says “I got you” as he starts pulling out things that they aren’t cooking yet because it’s definitely still eggs and bacon time. Very accommodating and I appreciated that because The reuben at Mitch’s was recommended to me several years ago but im just never passing through there at the right time.
Now for the sandwich. Nice marbled rye, butter toasted. The corned beef was chopped rather than just sliced and stacked flat, very nice. The ratios were great, not lacking on anything. Overall it really was a great sandwich. It wasn’t dry, but it also didn’t fall completely apart from being soaking wet. Id say it was perfect, the fact that i could eat it while driving and not end up wearing any of it was pretty amazing. I can’t wait until im through there atbthe correct hours to order one again without putting them through the trouble like I did last week.
Accommodating and great quality. Good job guys!

Interesting place. In a gas station so drink choice is immense if you don’t mind getting your drink separate from meal. Food is decent for place in a gas station. But good simple choices on menu.

I’ve tried Mitch’s Cowboy Burger with his spicy barbecue sauce. The burger was cooked perfectly and the sauce had just the right amount of kick. The best burger basket in town in terms of quality and price that I’ve had in the area! The Holy Smoke Cowboy Beans are a quality side with lots of flavor as well!

My hubby, Chris had Mitch’s Cowboy Burger and he thought it was excellent! I had the Nacho Supreme and it was fabulous! Friendly, fast service. The one cook, Sheila took time away to ask my husband if he wanted specific things added to his burger to make sure it was the way he wanted it. I loved it that she put the pickles on the side because he hates pickles and when they are on the side he gives them to me . Will definitely be back!

Definitely need to get the patty melt or the cowboy burger with their house made BBQ sauce.! Good breakfast too. It’s in a gas station so atmosphere is kinda non-existent but the folks are friendly and food is better than most in town.
