I always have a great experience at this Dunkin’. The store is consistently clean, the food and coffee are always fresh, and the customer service is professional every time. They work quickly but still stay friendly ,fast and reliable service!

Ive been going here for a while but have never commented. The folks here are very friendly and can be social if you’re relaxed and the line is short, but they can be quick with orders if you seem to be in a hurry or if the line is 4+ people long. Most employees even remember my order when I come in and I have had the manager ready my normal order perfectly after not being back for many weeks. They hired a new woman I believe, and she is very friendly and rather quick while being accurate on orders too, fitting this location perfectly.
If you want a quick coffee in the morning rush, this is easily your best bet.

Food tastes great, employees are very welcoming and friendly. The “atmosphere” is not very appeasing but that is not what I’m looking for when I takeout. A very nice and clean establishment!

I was there on Weds. 8/21/19 and had a very positive experience with the young lady Irish that worked there. She was so nice and wasn’t rushing me to hurry up & make up my mind on what item I wanted like I’d been rushed before at another Dunkin location. She is awesome! I will probably make this location the one I go to from now on. 🙂 🙂

I went to this location with my kids a few days ago. I had stopped in to get a box of the dozen donuts and their coolattas. The woman that took care of me and my kids her name is Shawna/Shauna not sure how her name is spelled out but she was the sweetest and coolest Dunkin Donuts worker I have came across. She asked me if I wanted something to drink as well and I said “I’m looking for something warm for my throat”since it was sore. And she offered me a free hot tea drink which I had gotten the chamomile tea which was really nice and hot just what I needed. She was so friendly she was even considerate about the donuts I bought she told me how to prevent them from getting hard and stale and keep them a little more lasting to eat. Most DD’s I go into are fairly good experiences but this one stood out because of her personality and her genuine kindness. I hope the owners know they have a good employee working for them.

Horrible customer service, I walk over to this Dunkin almost everyday for my lunch break and it is always horrible service when the lady is working. Today I came in and asked for the Wednesday daily deal, which is supposed to be a bagel and medium coffee for $2.99. I’ve gotten it many times before. The lady gave me attitude and said there is no such thing. When I tried to point out the fact that there is a sign up front the lists the daily deals, she cut me off before I was even able to finish. I also asked for an order of hash browns and she told me that they do not sell them after 12 noon, I know she was lying because I order hash browns often during my lunch break, which is after 1 pm. She was also on her cell phone the entire time. Really just a horrible and lazy worker.
