The food has been good every time we get from here. The little Caesars across the street is gross. Anyway. We had a weird situation today. I put in an order and thought all was good told order would be there 30-45 mins. I call back about 40 minutes later as I hadn’t hear anything so I called back. They didn’t have my order and long story short my card was charged 12 times. I don’t know if it’s because my bank originally denied it or what but it seems like the person didn’t wait for my payment to clear or something idk but Courtney turned it around and made it right. Originally she discounted the order due to not having it, then she took care of it once we learned how many times my card was charged. Pretty sure it was a system glitch but she had it delivered and the door dash driver was a peach. They really made up for the situation that I don’t even think was a fault of anyone either. Thank you Courtney for helping us to get our food and even making sure the door dash driver was all good with them and making sure we got our food dispite all that went on. You had a great attitude the whole time and we really appreciate you! You deserve the best girl, thank you for caring about your customers.

I had an excellent experience at Pizza Hut! The pizza was made perfectly, I ordered a deep dish, and it was cooked just right with the perfect amount of toppings, cheese, and sauce. Everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor.
The person working the counter around 1:30 pm was absolutely amazing—friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. The service was fast, professional, and welcoming, which really made the experience even better.

Can’t process an order in a timely manner. Website says 25 to 35 minutes but it pushes an hour. If there is an issue instead of calling the number provided on the order they wait for the customer to call. It’s further exacerbated because they sub contract out their delivery drivers to door dash as opposed to using their own delivery drivers. I hope the pizza hut transfers owners or worse case scenario it folds.
On top of that after you cancel the order they still try and deliver the pizza to get around paying a refund

Ordered three pizzas and they were all perfectly made with lots of toppings. Very pleased with this place. We typically go to another place, but wanted something new. The lady at the counter was prompt and courteous. Was a please going here.

My order was 62.94 I got 2 personal pans with sides and 2 medium pan pizzas with a 2 liter and recieved undercooked hand tossed pizzas. I had to put my pizza in the air fryer. Then also didnt get my 2liter or reciept.

I purchased the 3-pizza box. My fault was not inspecting it when I picked it up. All 3 pizzas had a nearly THREE INCH border of crust with the sauce and toppings in the middle. I didn’t think to take a picture of it until most of it was gone, so I didn’t bother. At best, there was only effectively 2/3 of actual pizza as there would have been had they been made properly. In fact, there was so little pizza that I had to order another large pizza to be delivered just to have enough for everyone. I guess that explains how it was ready so quickly.
