The most efficient, happy, and well-run Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They know every regular’s name, treat sit-in guests well with water and bringing coffees to you, and say hello/goodbye to everyone. The drinks taste great too. The employees wear cute name tags and can be heard hyping each other up during the morning rush hour!

I love that this Starbucks has a large inside space as well as a big outdoor seating area. I can see the outdoor space getting used a lot, especially during the summer and if they have some outdoor heating elements, during the winter as well. It’s new so very clean. The manager was there when I walked in and she was very friendly, greeting me with a Good morning, how are you and a smile. The staff behind the counter were all very sweet as well, smiling and making small talk. They were also very quick with the orders even though the drive through was pretty busy. The only thing that I didn’t like about this new location (and it’s a big one) was the coffee unfortunately. I got the drip, they only had one this morning, their medium roast. In another review someone said the coffee was burnt. I have to agree. Very sad, but I had to throw away my drink, I couldn’t palate the harsh ashtray aftertaste of the very burnt beans. Not sure what’s going on but I can’t recall having coffee that bad at a Starbucks in a very long time. I was very disappointed by that. I really needed my morning coffee. I stopped by the Starbucks in Longmont on Main street on my way to work and grabbed a drip from there. MUCH better. I will give this new location another try once they’ve maybe gotten their coffee flow together a little better. Give it a few weeks to maybe work out some bumps? If you’re trying some non-coffee drinks I’m sure those are great. I also got a protein box and that was good as always. Loved the space and the staff, coffee not so much.

Made my drink incorrectly twice and I wasted 15 mins minimum in the drive through. When the second drink was brought out I was asked to test it? Is it that difficult to make different drinks and keep them separated? Just wanted a refund at that point but they kept pushing to remake it. It was super annoying they kept wanting to remake it FOR A THIRD TIME mostly because I was now late to an event and only stopped since I didn’t expect it to take longer than 20 minutes but thanks for refunding it. They weren’t rude abt it which was nice but still a frustrating situation.

Our coffee drinks took a little extra time because we went inside. The drive up seems to have priority. But it’s a nice place to sit and chat. Music isn’t as loud as some Starbucks.

The service was alright. My drink on the other hand was half full, like someone poured half of it out which I don’t think is the right thing? I don’t think people should be handing out half full drinks if I payed for a full one.

Whoever was making drinks today, July 29th, at 9:45am, bravo. I get the same 4 drinks everytime with my 2 pup cups every Tuesday and Wednesday. The past few times my drinks haven’t been perfect (2% instead of half and half, or lemonade refresher instead of regular refresher. Not such a bad mess up that I wouldn’t drink it or that I would complain. Was just a tad disappointed) but TODAY? BEAUTUFUL. PERFECT. AMAZING. The person making the drinks deserves a raise. Good job on reading your tickets and making the drinks themselves look picture perfect. Nearly identical to the pictures of the drinks on the app. Really phenomenal job today yall. Especially because today it was busy when I went. 5-6 cars in front of me and the line went QUICK. Perfect drinks, fast service, this is the starbies to come to. ❤️❤️❤️

They have the most amazing team over there!! They are always finding new ways to go out of their way for me, and they are always super friendly! I work next door and I didn’t have time to pick up mobile order before work, they remade and brought me my coffee after I had already forgotten it! Love the people that work there, they seem to have such a positive environment! I’m honestly blown away by the amazing customer service. Go you guys!
