So recently I ordered on line . The order stated lite sauce. My sub was swimming in sauce to the point it was all over the wrapper. I couldn’t eat it.
So next time I go into the store to order. Everything is great. Until the guy folds my sandwich over and the spine breaks and stuff is falling out. I ask him to remake the sandwich. He did not and proceeded to continue. I paid for it. I should have walked out. Got home tried to eat it. It was a mess.
I will not be going there again.

We ordered two meatball and pepperoni footlongs. They screwed up the bread type, i had extra protein, they added extra pepperoni not meatballs. Little or no marinara sauce and they put the banana peppers on the wrong sub and the spinach was put on the wrong sub.
One and done. We wont be back

This Subway location has improved immensely with employees Jennifer and Russell at the helm. Owner Charles Durham is to be commended for hiring the right personnel to take this Subway from mediocre to Five Star! We visit regularly and these employees are kind and courteous always. Yesterday we visited and Jennifer did an outstanding job as the only employee working the Sunday dayshift. She managed online orders and in person orders efficiently and was pleasant throughout. She is to be commended for her work. We will continue to visit this location of Subway because of good food and service and ability to use our rewards and coupons.

Just stoped at this Subway location and I was impressed by my simple 6″ meatball sub on flatbread. It was perfect. Perfect ration of veggies to cheese n meatballs. Thank you for the friendly service. Amazing method to remembering topping on sandwiches by the way.

This is the best subway in all of North Carolina! The staff is kind, courteous and quick! They will get you in and out in a jiffy. I come by twice a week when I’m in the area. I’ve never had anything other than an excellent experience! Huge shout out to the manager that treats her staff with respect and greets every customer with a smile! Love you the hard work! Keep it up!!

The person I usually deal with there was very accommodating. The new girl working with him. Not at all. She was very abrupt and rude. A customer came in behind me at 8 pm and was told they were closed.the sign said open after a few snide remarks from her she rudly asked him what he wanted. He told her a foot long sub. She grabbed a 6 inch and tried to tell him he said 6 inch. Not true other customers heard the gentleman . Other customers started to cancel and walk out. Not good for business in my opinion. Other times no problems there and the subs are good. The five stars are not for her attitude. It was a 0.

Every time I go here it seems there’s a problem, one time was very slow service, another time the women at the counter claimed my coupon had expired but I still had days left on it. She obviously confused the date but then never apologised. Worse was one time they had no lettuce, how do you sell subs without lettuce?!? And they are next to a grocery store!!!

My husband tried to pick our online order up 15 minutes early, and the manager refused to give him the order, even though my husband had the receipt on his phone and showed it to the manager. He said he would have to wait. We live nearby and do business with him on a regular basis. The manager preferred to get in a screaming match with my husband, and then with myself on the phone, than to try and keep our business. The manager went so far as to accuse us of creating a fake receipt in order to get a free sandwich and rip him off. Really? We’re going to all that trouble for a 6-inch sub? He screamed Covid had made business tough for him. Evidently not tough enough that he wants to keep customers. No worries; he’ll never see us again.
