Stopped in to get two new protein wraps. I was shocked when the lady’s would not add onions to them. “Sorry, its a subway thing. We’re not allowed to add anything only subtract.” WTH? Can I have some on the side for like a dollar? “No, sorry” Meanwhile, homie behind me is just as upset and asked for extra onions! Lady complied and loaded him up! I will not be ordering these things ever again. They were so plan with just a few ingredients that I had to take the two and merry them together as they were all tortilla and no substances.

Finally, a Subway that takes coupons!!! The Subway employee was nice but the ingredients didn’t look the most fresh. The lettuce was starting to turn a bit red on the edges and avocado were browned from being out. I do not recommend eating here for their freshness.
It was considerably clean inside with great lighting. Though I’m not sure what a busy day looks like for them as I was there relatively early in the morning.

Great Customer Service, and I don’t say it lightly. The sub-maker (NAME TAG: Aquayvia) deserves a notice. She was professional, fast, polite, and well-spoken. If she isn’t a manager or high position already, definitely offer her the option, I recommend it!
Food: #2 THE OUTLAW. It was fresh, tasty, and well made. The portion is also good compared to other subways.

Went to the subway today inside Love’s travel stop. Our “sandwich chef” was a young female with purple hair (I think). She was so polite and respectful which has been lacking in customer service lately in most establishments I have been to. It was a breath of fresh air!! Thank you for making our awesome sandwiches and making us have such a great experience! We will be back.:)

Service can be slow late at night, but it is what it is. It’s a truck stop and not too many people are coming in in the wee hours of the morning for Subway so usually they are in the back if the Subway is even open at all.
That said, during normal people times it’s usually pretty quick. Only ever had a sandwich messed up once and that was by a brand new kid who I have never seen again, and I am in here ALL the time because it’s on my way to work.
During busy times like morning rush hour, they are pretty quick to power through the line. I’d rather come here during rush hour than any drive through because I have never waited more than a few minutes here.
