Very dirty, Dark, and lack of hygiene on the part of the staff. I honestly feel bad leaving this review but Jersey Mikes needs to buy back this location or find a new franchisee to buy it.
I don’t blame the staff due to the fact I can see the lack of basic maintenance that is out of the staffs control. If the owner doesn’t care what the place looks like why would the employees.
The lights were not turned on. The place was a mess and the staff had long hair to their chin that was across their face with no hair net nothing. I paid and threw the food away. Didn’t change their gloves after handling cash and food…
Will never go back to this location again.

Out of white bread and sweet tea??? The place was falling apart and with only two people working, It took us about 20 minutes to get our sandwiches, and there wasn’t a line in front of us, granted one person was cooking an online order.

I actually went right next door to your competitors and at 8:45 they turned me away clearly open till 9:00 but no I couldn’t get anything so I went right next door to Jersey Mike’s and met Sebastian I said is there anyway I can get a sandwich he said absolutely made me an incredible sandwich and the basically that’s it Great job Jersey Mike’s for hiring a great employee like Sebastian

So glad I made this trip in to the store before I headed home with house full of teenagers! The staff knocked my order out in no time flat, listened closely to all my details without any hesitation and I was so impressed with the overall experience! I will definitely be coming back!
