This is the only location I’ve ordered from that takes an extremely long time with delivery. It’s frustrating because I order at least 45 minutes ahead of my lunch, and I almost always have to wait until my last break to eat my food. Not to mention when the food comes it’s not fresh because it obviously has been sitting. It sucks because I can’t select a different location when ordering. I also have never received just simply apology from the store, that would go a long way.

Slow and consistently missing items from orders. This last time the manager did not even apologize for the missing items, just “ok, we’ll send it over.” Jimmy John’s has gotten expensive for what it is and the wait time for them to travel1 mile and miss items is ridiculous.

Food is fine issue with delivery. Why is it delivery fee for one sandwich is $2.50 but, delivery for two sandwiches in the same order to the same address $5.00? Really? Food all fits in the same bag. No added expense in making this delivery. Will not do delivery.

This was the first and last time I have ordered from this store. Simple order took over an hour to arrive and I’m only 10 minutes from the store. The Bread was old, not fresh and the cookies i ordered were hockey pucks. Jimmy John’s has just gotten so bad in the past few years. I was really hoping the new store would work for me but no, not this time. Permanently deleting my account and will never order again.

I accidently ordered for pickup at a different location and the people working here were so kind despite the mixup. They helped me cancel my order and made me a new sandwich right away. I’ve been to this location many times and each time my experience was positive. Thank you!

This is the worst Jimmy John’s I have had the displeasure to order from. Unfortunately it is the only one that delivers to my work. The sandwiches are usually incorrect and I have waited over 2 hours multiple times to get my order. Recently I ordered the limited time chicken ceasar wrap with no tomatoes. Not only were there tomatoes on it but someone added onions as well. Not advertised with onions and didn’t have an option to remove them because there wasn’t supposed to be any! Ruined the sandwich. Go somewhere else!

Wow, this particular Jimmy John’s location provides Unbelievably Exceptional customer service across the board, Above-and-Beyond their regularly good customer service. ‘Not only great sandwiches— but
Rogelio and Christyshan ( the associates on this specific visit) were so Kind and polite; and clearly knew the establishment’s products to make what turned out to be an excellent choice for myself, my Mom and our ‘older’ friend. My Mom loved the turkey sandwich with provolone ( I am sorry, I forgot the name of the sandwich / number) ; I love the Veggie and our friend loved the Spicy Italian. Bread is delicious— that ‘just right’ soft ( but Never soggy!). Sandwiches are well- seasoned (of course varying on the type of sandwich) but not overly- so.
Both associates were very kind — even close to their closing time full of energy and treated me as a valued customer.
Store clean and nice ambiance; dine-in available too.

Didn’t used to be a problem here, but they are consistently extremely slow to deliver for the last year or more. Expect about an hour to deliver. You may see your food arrive earlier, but an hour or more is typical at lunchtime. Swift delivery is heavily marketed, nationally, by this chain… so something has gone terribly awry at this location for them to have issues with this.
Another major gripe is that their phone number is more or less non-functional. I’m not sure that I’ve ever been able to contact them at the listed number.
No complaints about the sandwiches and things tend to go quickly when you order in person.
