Unfortunately, I was not impressed with this place. My husband and I both tried the biscuit sandwiches, and they were just okay. In fact, we both found the biscuits a bit too doughy for our liking. I also tried to order plain biscuits for my mom, which felt like an odd request at a biscuit-focused spot. It seems the main idea is to get a biscuit with toppings or fillings, but still, plain biscuits felt like a simple request. On top of that, they were over $2 each, which seemed a bit overpriced for what they were. While I personally wouldn’t return, I wouldn’t discourage others from giving it a try and forming their own opinion.

I am a regular at Buscuitville in Hartsville SC as I work down the street from this location. I have been in sales and customer service now for 44 years so I know great customer service when I see it. There is a girl that works at Buscuitville by the name of TK she is without a doubt one of the main reasons I eat at BISCUITVILLE 5 to 6 times a week. She is simply a constant professional and really should train those around her how to be as good as her. Reason for saying that I went there one day when TK was off obviously and it was a total different ordering and delivery of my normal order of which is the same daily. TK is a customer service queen in my assessment BISCUITVILLE needs to hold on to her as she is so warm and friendly daily.

This location know how to fulfill a correct order and cook with that delicious southern style that I love to eat at Biscuitville: Hot, fresh, and delicious. My choice: sausage and scrambled egg white on a soft skinny biscuit. It’s definitely worth my drive from mechanicsville sc to the Hartsville location because the Florence location need new ownership & new staff.

Hardee’s down the street has far better biscuits than these. The store advertises their biscuits to be made from scratch but they tasted like they came straight from a box or perhaps they were leftovers from last week. People who really like breakfast biscuits will only be disappointed from this place and they way it is managed. There won’t be a next time, Mr/Ms Owner- keep your biscuits…

I had a terrible experience with my recent order. I placed an order for a graduation party to be picked up on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. To ensure everything was correct, I even called that morning and was told that my order was in their system and would be ready on time.

However, when my pickup person arrived at 8:50 a.m., they were informed that the order had been prepared incorrectly. This caused an unnecessary delay, and the corrected order wasn’t ready until 9:08 a.m.—putting us behind schedule for an important event.

To make matters worse, the person picking up the order had to request a discount for the inconvenience, and only a small 10% was offered. Given the stress, delay, and lack of proactive customer service, this was incredibly disappointing.

This experience fell far below expectations, especially for an event as significant as a graduation celebration.

To add to this, the owner commented weeks ago saying to contact them that they were going to make it right. I reached out immediately to the email provided and nobody has reached back out to me…crickets.

We’ve started going for Sunday brunch after moving to town. While the eggs are a little lack luster, anything biscuit-related is absolutely top tier. They also have great tea and coffee and their blueberry muffins are absolutely amazing. Beyond all that though, the service is SPECTACULAR. Everyone in there is so nice and engaging, even at stupid-o’clock in the morning
