My experience at this particular subway was really good because of the extraordinary customer service, friendliness, professionalism, cleanliness and hospitality of a young man by the name of B. P. He literally anticipated my needs and was really happy to wait on me it made the experience so great‼️ Thx for intention to detail, cleanliness and care I will be visiting again soon‼️ Literally left a famous sandwich shop because one of the workers that asked to help me was playing with his beard behind the counter close to the food with no covering at all it was awful and I turned around and walked out of the store without so much as saying good bye‼️ People need to think about,” would I want someone serving me food so carelessly in these days and times while we are not even far away from pandemic days‼️” Thank God for associates that care in these turbulent times.

Worker was too busy having conversations with customer in front who had only TUNA and bread . Stood for 15 minutes in line wasted my lunch break . Worker does not care about customers time !

Ordered 2 identical foot long subs. 1 is clearly 3 inches shorter than the other. 2 girls each added toppings to 1 of my subs. 1 ended up soaked in more oil and vinegar than a healthy sandwich shop should ever use and the other used so little oil and vinegar that the sub is dry. After taking my first bite i had to spit it out upon tasting spoiled tomatoes. Avoid this subway location. There are better location options.

I enjoy making my own sandwich. The bread seems different not enough meat unless you get double meat or two types of meat. Also a bit pricey a “6” is over $6.50 and a foot long close to $10.

I am truly a fan of subways. I have been fortunate enough to find restaurants where they are very pleasant and they’re clean. However I am a little taken back lately every time I try to use a coupon it does not work. This is very disappointing seeing that it’s one of my favorite food places no matter where I go. I think Subway need to reconsider their digital coupons system. It is not functioning well. I don’t know if others have had the same experience or not but for me this is totally a thumbs-down for one of my favorite places:-(

I love the staff here! Always greeted when I walk in the door, they always seem happy! I order carry out orders at least 3 times a week for our crews and they always have everything labeled and ready to go, which makes it so easy for me. Store is always clean, food is always good. Thank you!

For a subway place it’s okay. Not always fresh. I’ve had a handful of times that the bread on my subs from here you can tell is not fresh. Sometimes they skimp on toppings. It’s eh but works if you need a quick sub.

Despite spending around $30 on two sandwiches, they were both prepared incorrectly. Nay, spectacularly wrong. They only had vegetables on them. lol… When I reached out to the company the “small business owner” responded with an email days later, obviously a pre-made/template email, that suggested I bring the sandwich, **not sandwiches**, in for a refund. lol…

The email included:
“At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with your order. Please feel free to bring back your sandwich along with your receipt. Our Company Policy allows for our Team to either recreate your sandwich or offer a refund.”

This is hysterical. One can only assume by “new, creative ways” she means “We will literally not give you what you paid for and make it as difficult as possible to receive compensation. If you did not store your vegetable sandwich for days after the purchase was made, thoughts and prayers.” Also, don’t “recreate [my] sandwich;” give me what I paid for.

This subway is struggling.

And the “receipt”? I literally complained via the app on which the order was made. The receipt is on your computer. It’s 2023. I doubt people are bringing in four day old vegetable sandwiches on 12 inch, toasted, multigrain bread, that were made at home and asking for refunds.

What this sounds like, is that you want to create as many arbitrary hurdles as possible before you take responsibility for the actions of your store.

Do so much better.

The ladies working this morning 9/11/20 were super friendly. Very helpful and cheerful. I ordered a steak egg breakfast. It was delicious, made perfect! The store was exceptionally clean as well.
