Today 1/24/25. The service is good, but takes a while to get your order since they are short staffs. The sandwiches were fresh, deli was cut right in front of you and fresh veggies. Great job Jersey Subs. Definitely we will come back again. Thank You!

The service provided was exceptional. I visited the establishment on November 2, 2024, to pickup an order of 20 lunch boxes for a production we were preparing in the vicinity. While there was a minor issue with a few of the orders, I returned to rectify the situation. The staff’s exceptional professionalism and the team’s collective efforts made the experience truly remarkable. Dirty place!! You have the cashier handling money then without washing his hands he touches the entire outside of the gloves passes on all the bacteria on to the food. It’s hard to find a clean place to eat now a days

Placed a pick up order and gave them 40 minutes to have my order ready, and of course, I get there and was told it would be out in a bit. I stood there for another 10 minutes before I asked the girl at the register how long it would be and the girl went to look for my order and it was no where to be found. I told her to just refund my money as I was in a hurry and needed to leave. She looked at me like a deer in headlights. Very slow service, this is not the first time this has happened at this location either.

The service was bad with the supposed “manager” Nikolas and the employees. I had orders 3 sandwiches and my husband his own. Then the “manger” said I mixed up your sandwich’s and went and reached for one of my sandwiches. I then asked why did you take he said that I had 4 but as I said my husband had bought his own and I got 3 but then I asked and showed him my receipt and his ignorantly said to his employees to make another one.later as I left the store I stoped and complained about the incident becase a respectful manger would have asked for my receipt and check instead of just taking the sandwich as I complained once were were done I said I would call the corporation and never come back to that specific store and he said “Good luck with that” almost laughing. My first experience with Jersey mikes was a horrible experience.

Went in to get a sub today to the El Monte location. Sebastian created my sandwich. I have to say I have been to a lot of Jersey Mike’s in the past but I have never been treated better by a staff member than I was today. Sebastian was super nice and respectful. He gave me great customer service and made the experience over all a very pleasant one. With staff like that II will surely be back to this location.

I got there around 8 pm they close at 9 pm and I requested my cheese to be melted as well as my onions grilled and they guy refused. Basically because they already cleaned the grill and didnt want to have to reclean it. Plus he gave me the last of the lettuce and it was old and wilted.

I’m not ordering again from this location. I have been a long time customer purchasing lunch for myself and employees. I ordered mini Tuna on APP, they quickly called to advise me they had no tuna made. Which I did appreciate the phone call, I told the person please change to mini # 7. I we t to pick up, then got back to my workplace to find out they gave me the wrong sandwich. #10 Regular on white bread. I called after and person was nice but acted like I was going to waste my time coming back for correct sandwich, No I’m done!
