All I can say is if you’re supposed to open at 6 o’clock. You probably should not be turning your lights on. At that hour, the coffee should already be brood. The donuts should already be made. And I shouldn’t be waiting here for another 10 minutes after you opened at 6 o’clock.

I come here every morning before work and the staff is always so nice and so fast. Not to mention the coffee and donuts are always fresh as well. But just like with any business, people can have bad days so we can’t be so quick to judge from just one day but rather keep coming and see how things are. My experience has been great and I recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Staff is super friendly. All experiences so far (and due to my coffee addiction and proximity to my parents’ house there have been many) have been good. The staff is now settled in so I think that some of the growing pains mentioned in other reviews would most likely have been worked out. If not, let the manager know and I’m sure it will be addressed.

After a simple ice coffee ordered waited 5 min until I asked and only then did the server ask what did you order and made an ice coffee w 1 1/2 cream look and taste like it had 3. Doubtful if I’ll return. Training is needed. Wondered why I was the only tip put in the cup after ordering.

I went there this morning to get breakfast and was treated rudely by the nasty employee that works the opening shift No donuts at all in the place….it’s a donut shop….there should be donuts available, especially in the morning. I got my coffee and left. Manager was not there this morning. That employee should not be working there because she is going to ruin that business with her attitude and lack of attention to customers. There are so many competing businesses in that area. It’s a shame because I know the manager from another location and she’s a nice person. I’m not going back to that location.

Whoever made that sourdough sandwich this morning at around 8:50am you killed it. Best sourdough breakfast sandwich I’ve had from any Dunkin’. When I pulled the sandwich apart the cheese stretched like out of a commercial.

A very nice friend here at work bought a box of Joe which was very generous. When I opened it while it was sitting in the back room it waterfalled out and burned my hand and spilled all over my new white shoes. The spout was bend downwards and it was way overfilled. To those of us who have not been burned before, maybe A WARNING SIGN TO TILT UPWARDS WHEN OPENING WOULD BE NICE. This was very painful and I tried to call and speak to someone but phone rang and rang. Don’t get burned!
