We order a large specialty pizza tonight from the East of Chicago in Canal Fulton, along with some bread, totally $33.48.
Once we realize that the specialty pizza that was being advertised as $18.99, was not charges as such, we called the store where we were informed that it was at the GM Jeremy instance that patrons not be given the sale price unless they specialty ask for it.
This has to be one of the most dishonest business practices that I have experienced in recent history and he should be ashamed of himself for advising the staff to withhold specials that are posted!

Hands down my favorite place to go for pizza in Canal Fulton. I first tried this location when it debuted at our town Christmas festival and I fell in love. The owner is wonderful, always has a great team working there and runs a wonderful establishment. They truly know their customers and, as a manager in food service, I love to see that. Even when I mess up using the app and order for carry out, they call and make sure I didn’t mean delivery (which I usually do). The food is always hot, delicious, and worth any wait. They have great quality product and in the past when the owner has felt something wasn’t up to snuff, he has found a way to make it up to the customer. What a wonderful Canal Fulton staple!

Stopped in for pizza last night being from out of town visiting grandmother and the service was great. We have had problems getting food delivered to her house in the past so she will never order after talking to the staff they are willing to work with us to get her food delivered. The pizza was really good so was the nachos we got were amazing loved the onions that were add for us. It was also very nice of the staff to be concerned when I found I had lost my wedding ring they made us feel very welcome and next month we will be getting pizza again when we come back to Ohio.

John is the absolute best always goes above and beyond and if they say they are open they are open! No closing early . And the food never diaappoints! Not like other pizza shops in town were uou gotta worry about them closing early or if you are gonna get your pizza!!! John’s the best!!!

I live 10 minutes from there. They would not deliver. While I’m picking up the pizza I heard the guy sat he was delivering to a street passed my street. I questioned him. All he said was contact the Massillon store which happens to be twice the distance. Never ordering there again. The pizza was NOT how I remembered it. Very average.
